Q: Does this affect hedgehogs?

I contacted the manufacturers and they said they had not tested for that situation but could not rule it out. The hedgehog I'd overwintered left home. This product does work against rats and mice. You have to choose which you want. At the time this area was inundated with rats, local farmland being disturbed for HS2. I have now switched them off in the hope that the hedgehogs will return.

The repellent is silent. Not much point in sending a video.

Q: Just bought this, how do I get into it to put the batteries in! I’ve unscrewed all the screws but I can’t get the back off

There are six screws I think. Just take them out and prise the plastic base off with a small screwdriver or knife and the base will come off and you can put the batteries in. Hope this helps.
