PlayStar Dock Float Extra Bouyant & Easy to Connect Marine Dock Float for Floating Docks

Float is what I was looking for. I used it to float something in a lake which would need over a hundred pounds of flotation and this delivered (to test, I had multiple swimmers climb on it weighing over its limit without issue). Quality looks good compared to anything I have seen and to my surprise had multiple attachment areas. If I need another I will purchase again especially for the price and value I received.

Not very buoyant

Not what I expected at all.

We ordered two of these dock floats with the idea of fastening them together to make a floating dock for launching our kayaks. We built a wooden platform on top of them and moored the platform to the bank. We are able to get in and out of our kayaks from the dock as we planned, but the whole thing is pretty unstable. When you step off dry land onto the dock, you better step onto the middle or you could find yourself in the drink! They are prone to tipping, but if you are careful, they can be used successfully.

I got this for my homemade wooden canoe. It works great. I was going to get two but just the one keeps the canoe off the water. It has plenty of places to attach lines and things to.

Amazing float capability. I connected 3 together with 2x4’s to create a handy utility raft for working on the dock and pontoon. I am 220lbs and can stand anywhere in the raft without worry for tipping over.

I used this to float a duck house out onto my lake. Gives the ducks shelter without fear of predators. Its holding up a 5x5 deck made of 1x6s, then a playskol plastic house. Its anchored and is holding steady in windy weather. Works great. Was only $5 more than using PVC pipes with caps.

These are excellent floatation devices.
