I bought this following a video I seen on TikTok. I have to say this is very user friendly and easy to understand and assemble for use. It's non-slip grips make it stay in place on the counter. As an individual with disabilities, I have struggled for a long time holding a knife long enough to cut carrots and potatoes. Whilst this doesn't do large potatoes for roasties etc, it does make it easier to cut chips/fries evenly, dice up mushrooms and carrots and other veggies for curries and stews and as it's essentially a mandolin slicer, you can easily slice potatoes for crisps or other uses. I'm so happy I got this as I don't have to worry about cutting myself accidentally when I can no longer grip knives. The dials at the back are pretty easy to use and control the size of the cut and the smaller blades for dicing the veggies. The only issue I have with this is the cleaning and the bucket that catches the veggies. The bucket I find is a bit small and sometimes my veggies will go on a small flying trip, not too many though so that's not too bad. Cleaning the blades isn't too bad but it can be a bit finickity to do and the brush included does help but it's a bit small for me to keep hold of. A trusty partner will help with this, or a slightly bigger bristle brush, otherwise not too bad. I recommend this to anyone that wants to save time, or struggles with cutting and dicing in the old fashioned way. Great tool to have in a kitchen.

I wanted a Mandolin / chopper for preparing quick sandwitches and salads and this one is just fit for the purpose. It is one of the best things I have purchased in my kitchen. Pros: 1. Very safe. The blades are inside and there is no way you can touch them. 2. Easy to use. Since it slices and cuts across, it does not need much effort or energy to cut vegs. Even the hard items like carrots and radishes cut easily. 3. Sturdy. Made of very high quality materials so I hope it lasts long. 4. It has vacuum rubber below its foot which makes it anti-slip and easy to use. Cons: 1. Sometimes it can get a bit difficult to clean the upper corners of the blades. There is a nice brush given, which helps, but it will take a while to get used to cleaning it thoroughly. 2. The collector bowl given does not fit it snugly so some cut pieces fall outside. I keep it on a chopping board or plate so that I don't have to clean the table every time. Overall its a very good product which will save you lot of time and pain in kitchen.

I really like this product; it helps me a lot. The reason I like it is because it's super easy to use. It cuts all vegetables the way and the shape you wanted. It's easy to clean with water; its dishwasher safe and you can store it any where in your kitchen. It's super light not heavy and amazingly its speeds up your cooking. It's useful when you have a guest at home that you don't take time chopping your vegetables and fruits I like how the potatoes are proceed so quickly. It's safe as well; the blade is hidden ; safely without risk of finger injuries , all thanks to its unique, innovative safety design Futher mores it's exercise for your hands and muscles as well. I would recommend it ; the price isn't expensive and its affordable. :)

I have only had this a few days, but I am very impressed, with what it can do and the safety aspect of it. especially after having and using a V slicer, which I found could be hard to slice carrots, parsnips, etc. safely, This product is marvelous, I have only used it a few times, but it is so easy to do chips, dice veg, [as you can see by the photos. I am going to try crisps next. It is nice to have a container that fits underneath, to catch the food, instead of it going all over the worktop. The cleaning side of it is really easy, just hold it under running water and use the brush if necessary. Just make sure the blades are set back as far as they will go, and not protruding. I also like the fact that you have a shield that locks on, and that the handle also locks, when not in use, which is an important feature, especially if you have children, or grandchildren and of course for your own safety. I keep this on my worktop all the time. It is very well designed and made, I am sure that it will last me for many years to come. If you have a problem cutting/slicing/dicing vegetables, this product is ideal. As you can see from the photos, it does what it says in the description. In one photo I have done Romaine lettuce, I will also do white cabbage for coleslaw. I've sliced and diced onions, carrots, potatoes. etc. It seems that this slicer, will slice everything with ease. You just have to have a bit of patience and take things slowly at the start.

Such a brilliant mandoline, I use it nearly every day and love its versatility and ease of use. Really great product, sturdy, reliable, cuts through veg quickly and easily, makes fabulous salads. The variable thickness is especially pleasing. Also very safe. Wouldn't go back to an old fashioned one again.

Food is guided into the blades at an angle, rather than straight on, so slicing anything for chips or julienne requires manually feeding it in without the guard (and then removes the safety). Also, it is almost impossible to clean it properly without immersing the entire unit, which will eventually destroy it from rust and impurities in the water. On the plus-side, it does chop well and when used for large batches it does indeed speed through it.

I used this for about an hour straight one night slicing beetroot for pickling. Worked a dream. Also I like to cut potatoes for chips in the air fryer. Makes this job so quick and easy, and all the chips are an even thickness. It also makes it a safe way to let the kids help with slicing things because your fingers don't go near the blade. Very easy to clean also. I haven't had it for long so can't comment on it's longevity but so far so good!

après avoir acheté une dizaine de mandolines (sur plusieurs décennies)j'ai enfin trouvé la bonne ,aucune manipulation a faire pas de lame ou de tranchoir à permuter ,tout est dedans juste des réglages faciles et sans risque grâce aux boutons de fonctions situes a l'arrière et facile à nettoyer ,je recommande cette trancheuse !

Es genial, corta con poco esfuerzo. Incluso lo uso para trocear calabaza, con lo dura que es. Tardo mucho menos que con el cuchillo. Incluso para los niños es muy fácil de usar y seguro. Con el puerro se emboza un poco, pero la vas limpiando y aún con eso resulta muy rápido . A la hora de lavarlo, es un poco complicado y delicado, pero a mí me compensa.

Il prodotto è molto semplice da montare ed anche il suo utilizzo è abbastanza intuitivo. Si lava con facilità e funziona veramente bene. Lo consiglio!

très utile pour trancher et émincer. cet appareil est facile à nettoyer une fois que les lames sont rentrées. Je suis ravie de cet achat.
