Nice and heavy in my hand, and it came with a refill.

I am always amazed at reviews that just show the buyer did not review the item before they bought it.This is a desk pen. No pocket clip. Yes it has a screw off top but that is design functional so it will look like it does: as a brass bamboo pen. The pen came with no "layer" as it is a brass pen and weathered as every brass pen does.I enjoy this pen and have used it for about a year. Yes I wish the refill issue were straight forward but on first glance it matches the Pentel RSVP RT pen so I am not too worried.....for this price I could just buy another.

I reeeeeaaaly liked this pen at first, but I've noticed that the metallic coating on the lid is being worn off after only a couple weeks. It seems a little bit poorly designed because the lid screws off and the way you take apart the rest of the pen is also by unscrewing and I often end up unscrewing the wrong segment, even now. In order to take the lid off, you have to turn it maybe 4 or 5 times, which is kind of a lot. That being said, I still love the way that it feels and writes, so I'm glad I bought it despite the rest.

It's okay ...but I wish the cap did not screw on but it's nice. No Pocket clip. But all of this I knew beforehand. Would maybe buy again .

Great Pen, Good Ink, Nice Feel, A Little Heavy, Easily Disassembled For Cleaning And Maintenance. Overall Good Product :) I Did However Receive A Different Pen When I Ordered 2 Of The Same Pens. A Little Disappointed

The pen was advertised as a “Ball Point” but it’s actually a “Gel” pen. I don’t like Gel ink, but I like the style of the pen. I want to find a fine point “Ball Point” refill for the pen, as advertised.

I was a bit annoyed when I realized the pen didn't take the refills I thought it did, but that's my fault for not reading carefully. It's super annoying how much time it takes to unscrew the cap, and it often unscrews the wrong joint when I try to unscrew just the cap. Also the likelihood of it getting lost is pretty high. Hopefully the ink lasts a good while because the listing doesn't even mention what kind of refill to use.
