Ok I am always a skeptic but I may have found a product I can endorse as a living example. I had been having rotator cuff problems for 1.5 years to the point it killed my exercise and swimming routine. No reaching or even tucking in my shirt tails due to the amount of pain. I read a medical journal article on redistribution of calcium from joints that were damaged and were becoming "frozen" with calcium. Being a chemist and biologist the research looked ok but the clinical usage was tenuous at best. Tried the regime as the study stated for my kg mass and low and behold 3 months later NO pain and joint movement is nearly normal. Joint movement nearing normal and even the wife is amazed. No cortisol shots, no therapy, no surgery and almost normal. Someone needs a huge thank you for your product. God bless those that made this miracle come true for me. Highly recommended. Go read all the clinical nutrition and orthopedic journals before use but read them.

I had a physical last year and my vitamin D3 levels were very low. I added a D3 supplement and 6 months later my levels were still low. I bought this product to take with my Doctor's Best chelated magnesium supplements and my D3 supplements as I read that K2 can help get calcium and D3 get into your bones so added it to my regimen, plus these are all supposed to work together for optimum health. Just got my from my physical this year and my D3 levels were in the perfect range and I had very great numbers all the way around-very healthy. My doctor said it's very hard to get your D3 levels that high and asked what I was doing differently. I told her it must be the Vitamin K2 MK7 as that's the only thing I added since last time. I am telling you, this stuff works.

A good friend of mine, a retired cardiologist, keeps touting K2 every time I see him. He takes it and he says I should too. So I'm trying it. Does it work? I don't know -- and neither does my cardiologist friend. I'll let you know if it works after I look at the results from my autopsy. Edit -- I wrote the above review tongue-in-cheek. Maybe I should clarify. Some studies show that K2 improves cardiovascular health. Other studies show K2 has no effect. Nobody knows which studies are right. I take this because it's cheap, it does no harm, and it may help. It doesn't make you feel better or give you energy or anything like that. It may help you live longer. But you'll probably never know.

Have ordered this multiple times. Though the product may be comparatively expensive to many other brands , the quality is good and I have come to trust Doctor's best. As regards the supplement itself , it is highly recommended for anyone taking Vitamin D supplements or just about anyone concerned with keeping calcium out of places it does not belong and into the bones.
