Great product. Tablets are quite large so may be difficult for some people to swallow. There is a handy crease to allow the tablets to be split in half if required. No issues from me however.

If these are difficult to swallow, cut them like I do; I cut these into 3's - using my teeth. My immune system must've been down, badly; I've been lethargic, blerghhh and mehhh - just dead. I'm an athlete and had been driving forward merely on routine and habit, but been dead inside for like a decade and a half. I really don't know how I managed, but I'm relentlessly determined. Coronavirus came around, which annihilated me and just never went away. I bought these, as I'd been meaning to buy some for a good while. I opted for these as they're EXCELLENT value for money. I'm 18st and 6ft 6, so I knew that I'd need a high potency. 1000mg seemed enough, however, due to my volume, I always need a higher dosage of everything. PAIN IN THE ASS!!😖😑 I started with one pill, and noticed nothing. I gave it a few days, upped to two, then three pills... Within days I felt a marked improvement, and I noticed that I'm thicker, harder and healthier where it counts. WILD!! I mean, It makes sense, but I'm still stunned at how much of a difference these pills are making, and how quickly they work. I'll always purchase these pills. I'll need them; I push my body so hard that it absolutely depletes me. I take three of each (B12, C, D3) each day, (the excess vitamins that aren't taken up by the body are removed during in urination). My body needs more, as I'm deficient in these three vitamins. This company serve me well.

Healthy and good quality reasonably priced

Good value, but the tablets are large and uncoated so hard to swallow. Dry and stick in your throat a bit. I am crushing them into water now.

I had to dispose of the entire bottle because I found this supplement genuinely unsafe and was worried something more serious could occur beyond what I had already experienced. The tablet is extremely large, which wouldn’t be an issue if it were coated. However, it isn’t — and that makes swallowing it both difficult and painful. It simply doesn’t go down easily, and when it does, it severely irritates the throat. Earlier today, the tablet became lodged in my throat. My eyes started watering, I raised my arms, drank a large amount of water, and was about to leave my flat to look for help in the corridor. Fortunately, the tablet eventually went down. It was a frightening experience, and I was lucky to stay calm. Splitting the tablet only made matters worse. As it’s uncoated, breaking it leaves sharp edges, which cause even more discomfort when trying to swallow. In my opinion, selling this product in its current form is highly irresponsible. It poses a clear risk to users and should be reformulated — ideally as a coated tablet or capsule — before being offered to the public.
