Nardini, makers of the world's finest grappa since 1779, is still a family-owned business. the company uses a combination of continuous and discontinuous steam distillation using only locally-sourced moist pomaces of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, pinot bianco and tokay placing great emphasis on the quality, purity and authenticity of their grappas.
