Parts fee

We have two of these carports and have had to get replacement parts over the years. I have to say Allison from the Customer service team was amazing. Not only did we get the new carport canopy fast but she gave us new bungee cords with it! They are always interested in improving there products to better suit all customers. So I highly recommend this company and its products.

E Deck is a very good company to purchase products from Martina who works for them has been fantastic working with ordering parts for a tent I ordered back in September of 2021. She has supplied my parts at a discounted price and shipped them out quickly. They are a Top Shelf Company. I would order from them knowing how they treat their customer.

After two years of ownership of the tent that I purchased from them, the whole peak of the roof panel ripped down the middle. Exemplary support for their products

I received the package and everything was perfect. It took less than 20 minutes to get the new canopy on the frame. I appreciate the amazing customer service and great products.

Due to my own screw up I bent all the legs on my canopy when I hit it with the backhoe. I contacted customer service thru Amazon and in a week had new legs and a new sidewall curtain for my 12x20 canopy. Awesome awesome response. thank you
