Seems to help with energy level and I have lost some weight while using this over 3 months so far. I honestly don't know what effect it is having on lowering glucose however that is a continuing work in progress. No negative side effects that I can recall.

I enjoy the fact that it's mulberry only but I mix it into my drink and this brand doesn't taste quite as good. I had thought this would have something extra added but the brand I liked actually had extra added. I'm not very much into the taste but I do enjoy authenticity. -At first it seemed to cause problems but I think my body needed to adjust. It's my favorite one now since it's pure.

Did zero change with blood test! Waste of money & time.

I am going to try this again, the last time I tried i ended up not feeling well. I was also on a new temporary med.If any body wants to make a helpful review give us a before and after of your glucose reading. I have a new glucose reader coming, then I can do a test to see if I want to stay with this product.

That's exactly what I wanted it for since I was diagnosed with type 2 diabeties. It also seems to have owered my heart rate.

Using these capsules I have been able to dump my prescription meds that had multiple side affects. Really helps with diabetes!!
