Great acting yeast
This yeast is so much better than those little 6/7 g pkts sold in supermarkets great for all baking requiring yeast

Overpowering yeasty taste in bread still when cooked
I purchased this make as a bit of research showed this make to be free of preservatives and the whole point of making bread at home is to avoid them however the yeasty taste to the cooked bread is too much and is off putting. I have used this 3 times now and added a bit more sugar and salt to try and hide the yeasty smell and taste but that hasn't made any difference. Won't be purchasing again.

Very strong smell and dead on arrival
This yeast was dead on arrival, i couldn't get a substantial activation out of in appropriately hot water, putting in a little sugar and it livened up briefly then died again. 0/10

Unbearable flavour
Bought as it is UPF free and significantly cheaper than another alternative but the strong flavour of it in the bread was horrible - had to bin it - so ultimately a waste of money.

Tin dented.
The tin had clearly been crushed. I haven’t opened it yet but hope contents are OK. If I’d been buying in a shop, I would have rejected this one.

Good quality and easy to use
I like the quality but the expiry date you told me was wrong. It’s only good for 6 months, when the date you sent was next year, at least a year.
