If you have acid reflux, please consider this. My acid reflux of two year is now gone!! Gone! I used to take this with my acid reflux medication and they complimented each other very well. After a couple months, my pain and burning is gone!! All you need is 3 sticks, to boil and drink in water or tea or beverages or you can put a stick in your soups too. The taste is awful, in Beverages but it works, and surprisingly tastes great in soups!
