Finally! A healthy-ish ramen!
Finally — a ramen I don’t feel guilty about eating! Annie Chun’s ramen is my new go‑to when I want something quick but not loaded with junk. The noodles taste fresh (not that deep‑fried, waxy texture most instant ramen has), and the broth actually feels comforting instead of artificial. What I love most? When I scanned it on the Yuka app, it came back with a solid score and no scary additives — huge win in my book. It’s still ramen, so the sodium is on the higher side, but for a cozy, fast, and healthier‑ish option, this one totally hits the spot.

My Husband's Favorite Ramen Without Bad Ingredients!!!!
Important things to know about my husband:1) He is an extremely picky eater- worse than a toddler!2) He is obsessed with junky ramen (you know the ones you see in the supermarket or stacked up in a college dorm)3) He does not like to change when he is set on somethingNow that you know my husband, let me tell you how this ramen has affected him :) I came upon Annie Chun's when I was in Whole Foods once, and I liked that they used MUCH healthier, less processed ingredients while still making delicious packaged foods. I bought this ramen on a whim to see if my husband would be willing to change to eating a healthier ramen with less sodium and healthier ingredients.Initially, he said he was not interested, so I heated it up and served it to him anyway :) He agreed to take one bite....then gobbled the entire bowl up, even slurping up the broth! He now says it is his favorite ramen and he doesn't even want the junky brands anymore! He says he will only eat Annie Chun's ramen now LOL!We even have this on auto-ship because he eats it so much, lol. Now, I will not sit here and say the sodium is great or that it's the healthiest thing in the world, but, hey, compared with the junky ramen's ginormous paragraph of half un-pronouncable ingredients, I'm happy that he made the switch to this brand! :)How does he describe the flavor of Annie Chun's ramen? He says it is spicy and has a richer flavor and does not taste as salty as his usual brands. He says it tastes homemade, like it was slow-cooked all day! He especially loves eating it for lunch, since he says it's the perfect amount at lunch, but too small for a dinner portion.I highly recommend you purchase this ramen if you want to make a healthier switch! :)

It's grown on me
I wasn't wild about this one at first, since it tastes like the instant stuff and wasn't sure how to elevate it. But I found it is pretty good if you add raw egg white, frozen riced vegetables, and dried mushrooms. I just made some and my husband saw it and said "gimme". He likes it a lot and says he can taste the quality. I still prefer the other flavors like sesame peanut, but for him this one is a keeper.

Great ramen.
Yummy! Best instant ramen I’ve tried. The reason we like it is they don’t fry the noodles to be in that square shape we see with so many other brands. It’s not overly salty, which is great because I tend to retain water when I eat salty foods. I just wish they gave more in the veggie packets.

My Favorite<3
I discovered this product at Publix and LOOOOVED it. I needed it in bulk lol. It’s vegan and sauce is sooooo good. The directions are very clear and it cooks quickly. I add tofu and broccoli and any other veggies i have in the house. Very filling!

No flavor
I was hoping to enjoy this ramen soup, but it was flavorless. The product seems to be high quality, but you need to add your own seasoning unless you enjoy bland noodles. To make it palatable, after cooking the soup by following the directions, I added a small 5 ounce can of V8 vegetable juice.

Check your local store before you buy
I have really enjoyed this but they have gone down hill. Use to get more in the container and had a nice snap on lid. Now has paper lid so be careful just out of the microwave. I was getting these at Publix until C-19 made it hard to find. Then the company made the changes & upped the price. Found on Amazon at better price & started to order thru subscription. Each time the price seems to go higher. This last time was the worst. BE WARNED. I found that Publix now reduced the price back to $3.99 ea. AMAZON would not return this last box I got two days ago. It acted like it was going to, asked why for the return & I pick price. It demand to know what store and how much. I typed in Publix & 3.99, then it said sorry you can't return this. Real waste of my time. I turned off my subscription right then. This month's was $7 more then getting them single at Publix. That's alot of money.
