Nice cutting boards for meat, durable, a couple different sizes, one has slit for juices to go into the other board you put under that. Nice thickness. Looks great for cutting up meat.

No more turkey doing the slipping and sliding dance on what ever biggest oval dish the lady can come up with out of the closet while she says don't cut too hard or I will ruin the dish finish. Really bigger than needed for a roast chicken but great for a big ham off the smoker or out of the oven. Nice that all the juices drain of and collect down through a hole into a pull out tray that can be handed back to the lady to add to gravy in the works. My lady likes the color, and the extra cutting sheet that comes with it. Tray is nice enough to use table side, or just do all the carnivore carving in the kitchen, and transfer to a big serving platter for lady to present and take all the honors as she well deserves. Best cutting carving board I have had in 30 years. Much better than all those wood trays where the turkey will slide while I am using a super sharp knife to cut the wings and drumstick thigh bone joints. This will save you from presenting one of your thumbs or fingers up on the Thanksgiving serving tray. Well worth the money. Cleans up easy and well.

I bought this for my husband, and I wish he would use it. It has been carefully designed and engineered for hygienic clean up and for clean counters. It is lightweight, but does not feel flimsy.

I used mine when I sliced my ham. All the juices are directed down below to the tray underneath the carving board. The board slants toward the center with grooves and sharp projecting points to hold the meat in place. I used it for turkey carving as well. Plus when I do my preserving corn, I use it as I cut the corn off the cob and pust the corn in the slots to the tray beneath which makes it easy to bag and freeze. I recommend this item.

I have been looking for a cutting board that catches the juice. This one is perfect, the drawer caught all the juice. No need to put a towel under it. The spikes held the turkey while cutting.

Love it !! I have the green spare board and the base is white the green. Both the extra board and the whole thing is strong and sturdy. Some people have commented that it’s not - the one I received is. Used it at Thanksgiving to cut ham and turkey and it was perfect. The drawer is a wonderful invention… first year I had no overflows of juices on my counter. The extra board that came with it will in time get knife marks but so would a wooden cutting board. I could not be happier with this purchase

The product really does its job of avoiding meat juice overflowing... but... 1) design flaw: channels are too deep, so knife will not naturally cut into the channels, so each piece of meat are stuck together at the bottom. As a workaround you can make your cut as far as possible to either side depending if you are left or right handed. 2) over design flaw: the small spikes “to hold meat in place” did not do a good job of this primary task. However , the spikes are very annoying when cleaning the board. Leaving hard to clean edges, and breaking long cleaning strokes. I will cut the spikes off... 3) price value: I was completely underwhelmed with the quality for the price paid. Cheap plastic look and feel. Leftover marks from the plastic injection process. For such an expensive piece of plastic I was expecting something a lot nicer...

Excellent solution for avoiding a mess when carving up roasts or anything juicy. Up to now I've used a flat cutting board with an inadequately sized moat around it perched on top of cookies sheets. This solution is much more stable and much easier to clean. And, you get to collect the meat juice so it can be used instead of discarded. Personally, I wouldn't put this in a dishwasher since the heater in ours is hotter than the sun, and it would take up too much room. That said, it cleans up very easily with dish soap and water. Glad to have it; wish I would have purchased one sooner.
