Good replacement
We bought a wireless vacuum many years ago, but when we moved, we lost the charges. This replacement was an exact match, and now we can use the vacuum again. It's an unusual voltage, so that is great

Not 500mA
I have the K23 and needed a replacement charger. I purchased this one before and it worked perfect. I lost the charger, so I bought this one again. However, this time it came labeled 29.4V and 400mA, and it is incompatible with my device. Bummer.
