I used the mat for the first time in a wood smoker. Usually anything that goes into a smoker is very difficult to clean afterwards. The cleanup with MMmat was amazing, nothing stuck to it.

I’ve never used silicone baking sheets before so I researched a lot of them before finally deciding on these. I have extra large baking sheets, so one doesn’t completely cover a sheet, but that’s not a big deal. If you have a regular sized baking sheet, you probably won’t have an issue. The first thing I noticed upon opening the package is how tacky the sheets feel. In a good way. They’ll stick to your pan, counter, whatever you’re using it for, but it doesn’t make cleaning and rolling back up just a little tricky. Out of all the silicone baking sheets I looked into - these were the only ones that were dishwasher safe. So, that was my finally deciding factor. Who knows if you’re having a busy day and just need to throw everything into the dishwasher. I prefer to have dishwasher safe items for that reason. The first thing I cooked on the sheet was a pizza. As someone who grew up always spraying the baking sheet before putting anything on it, I was certainly skeptical when the instructions for the sheet said not to. The pizza cooked perfectly and evenly. And slid right off like it was on glass. It was so cool! These are way more sustainable than aluminum foil and work better. Do yourself a favor and get these now!

Fits great on a smaller 9x13 baking sheet! Perfect for my small batches of cookies! Easy to clean. Great value for the price. Durable. After dried I put it back on my baking sheet so I have not rolled it back up.

Good quality and the are the perfect size if you buy them with the suggested oven pan. They work great and can be a bit tricky to clean.

Love the mat. Put it in the sink. Run a brush over it. Rinse and dry with a cloth. And it’s ready to be used again. Toasted bread and reheat roasted chicken. No issues with the mat.

My fault at not making an effect to take note of the size before buying… but two of them together really pack a punch. I am using them to toast my nuts, spices; bake scones, cookies. They even stand very well when I hesitantly use them to roast potatoes, even chicken ! I come to really like the two of them as more and more I use them. Good stuff 👍.
