The case arrived in good condition no dented cans and the food is fresh with no issues. It’s easier to have a case delivered then go to the healthy pet food stores to hunt it down. This is good quality food, I switched my cat onto it who has been having earwax and itching problems to see if he has a food allergy. Too soon to tell but I think he’s doing a little better already I have really high hopes for this food.

The consistency of the food in the last 2 cases I purchased has changed. It is now very runny and has a lot of visible liquid fat which I pour off before serving. I noticed the change but decided to order a 2nd case 3 weeks later in case it was just a bad batch. Same poor quality as the 1st case. I don't give the whole can at one feeding, so I put it in the fridge. The congealed fat necessitates scraping the fat off the left-over food before reheating. Called Co. but rep said it was an Amazon shipping problem because they don't have climate-controlled warehouses. I won't order this again.

Oh, my gosh, I would give this 6 stars, instead of 5, if I could!😊 My cat loves it! I got the chicken pate. This food smells and looks fresh! I looked thru what I put out on a small plate for him, because that is what I always do, and this is clean cat food - no mystery stuff. Moreover, it's healthy! Granted, I have only opened one can so far, and I can make a can last a few days. So, we'll see. But, I'm still getting ready to place another order. The only downside is I thought it was 24 cans, instead of 18. But, that's OK because my cat loves it, it's healthy, and it looks and smells great!😊 I have been searching far and wide for a cat food like this. Thank you, Rawz!😊

I want to start off by saying that we’ve been using this food for a while now and never had an issue like this before. It’s the only food I can find that helps with my cats IBD as its only ingredient is rabbit, that she also really enjoys. However, I caution others to please look at the food when opening it, before giving it to their babies. I made the mistake of opening a can in the dark and giving it to my girl and not looking. When I looked in the morning, I realized there was a pile of larvae in the food that she had eaten around. I am sick from this and I feel awful I gave it to my kitty. Amazon issued a refund and I just reached out to the company to let them know as well. We will still be feeding this food, because it really works for us, but we will be much more cautious in the future in case something like this happens again. We just wanted to warn others to keep a close eye on the food just in case. The can was not damaged so I’m really not sure how this happened.

I feed my cat dry Science Diet for breakfast and dinner, but for lunch I give her wet canned food as recommended by my Vet. Cats are carnivores and need meat. I switched her wet canned from Blue Buffalo to Instinct which was highly recommended online, but then when I read the reviews, they were all negative because they moved the manufacturing to Taiwan and also added Guar gum, which is basically clay! So, I did some research and found that the RAWZ wet canned food is the highest rated, and no clay. She loves it and always eats all of it. IT contains high levels of protein. A bit expensive but worth it for our pets.

A wonderful product! Thank goodness, my cat will eat this!I have gone through so many different cat foods trying to find something that was really good and not full of bad things.She would not eat even some of the best ones, for example Ziwi brand or Dr. Elsey‘s clean protein brandThe ingredients in this food is superb and it does not contain any of those things that could be considered negative. I’m so happy to have found this. I am using the salmon pate formula..Please note if you want to save a little money it’s better to buy the 5 ounce cans because you actually get more for your money rather than buying the smaller cans.

I apparently have very picky cats. They love a change to a new food, then they quickly stop eating it. They loved this at first, now I'm just trying to get them to eat some of what is left before I move on to a new type of wet food. My main issue with this (and I've only tried the salmon flavor up to now) is the smell. It stinks quite awfully. It fills the kitchen with its smell, which surprisingly isn't all that fishy, but it is not good. Even now, I am smelling it on my hands. I just washed them twice, and I still smell it, and I'm at work now. It is stuck in my nose. I will not buy this again.
