Does what it supposed to do. Glass is very thin and fragile.

Like the convenience of the tea steep/cup combo. Glass is very thin so be careful when you wash.

I purchased it in August of previous year. This March the cup cracked in dishwasher even it was placed on upper shelf 3 ft away from heating element. It looks like it does not like dish wash machine.

Just what I was looking for. So fun to be able to see the magic happen, as your tea steeps, through the clear glass. All glass makes tea taste great. Only a small amount of dust makes it through the infuser. Everything fits together nicely so no air can escape while steeping keeping water temp ideal throughout process. The glass is thin so be careful. I broke my infuser the first day I got it before I even had a chance to try it out. It was a first wash casualty, totally my fault. But I contacted Lezero and they were great. They sent me a new one ASAP. I’ll try not to drop this one. Namaste

Recently I had the unfortunate experience of breaking the infuser with a crack running up and down its length. I had the joy of having the teacup as a multi-use, doubling as a coffee mug. The cup kept all liquids hot and enjoyable. I’m very happy to have it as a replacement. Otherwise, pretty durable. I expect to be using this for quite a while.

The infuser is really easy to grip. That's an excellent point. However, The cup is too fragile, and it's not recommended to place the hot cup on the table surface. I would prefer to pay a few bucks more and a double wall glass cup. And the draining speed of water through infuser.. well, very slow, sometimes get clogged with some tea leaves if throwing in too much.

I look forward to version made with pyrexor an unbreakable glass.i use for loose leaf tea. It is all glass, (yes even the slits) so it is delicate. I do not use it too often because of that.

I am returning. I opened the box only to find the steep part of the product is broken. I could feel that it was broke when I started to remove from the cup. Bubble wrap is still on. Never took it off. I could feel that it had broken at sometime. I didn't want glass to escape. I don't know how it could be broke on the inside but, not on the cup. The box was fine. It probably could be nice but, not for me. It is a nice size. Looked like it would be easy to clean. I liked that it was made of glass.
