The magenta cartridge did not fit the slot -- the other cartridges worked fine. It's my fault I waited so long to use because I was trying to let my other cartridges run dry. If you order them check them right away so you can return if the product is faulty like mine.

Not the best quality, not the best product.

I just bought a new wide format (24 inch wide) roll paper printer. I still don't know how fast it uses ink. I do know that it only came with starter ink bottles of ink. After I filled each color the printer indicated that it only had 50% of each color ink. I immediately ordered these refill ink cartridges so that I can refill the printer ink tanks that are only half filled to begin with.

One of the ink cartridges didn’t work with my TM-240 printer. Look at the photo… three of the four packages mention TM-240 in the label but the Magenta doesn’t. Unfortunately, I purchased these over 30 days ago and now that I need it I can’t use it. Frustrating, not sure who to contact. Beware if your trying to use these on a TM-240.

the magenta cartridge doesn't work, it doesn't fit in the magenta slot. i tried by punching out the slot to fit it in. but the machine doesn't recognize it.

I opened the package and loaded them into the printer at the same time. I immediately got this alert about my MBK. I had not even printed anything. I tried taking it out and reinstalling it, but even when I took it out you could feel it was empty. All the other colors read at the same level. Clearly it wasn't full to begin with and there is no product support on Canons page for this product. I reached out to the seller and still nothing.

I don't know if the ink goes bad from storage or what, but not how it supposed to be. the bottom picture with the green ish tint is the print result. not even closed to what's shown on the monitor.
