Simple and effective. They started using a backflow disc in the nozzle. It makes it harder to squeeze the bottle, and the flow is lessened. Easy to remove the disc with an ink pen pushed in and pull out the little plastic disc.

This stuff really works! I highly recommend. I did have to use 2 back to back over a 2 day period. BUTT it was so much more refreshing purchasing this online instead of the store where I was guaranteed to run into an old boyfriend from 2005.

This helps my mother who is a bedridden patient relieve some of her struggles of going to the bathroom. It was been pretty effective and relatively affordable for long term use.

Amazingly effective for constipation. They are easy to use and get the job done. I just wish they had a bigger size sometimes so I usually use two.
