Thorough cleanse
Thought I'd give these waters a try, I chose Olay as I use their skincare and was mid price range. After my normal cleaning routine I applied a small amount with a cotton ball and found it continued to remove make up and left my skin feeling fresh, cool and ready for moisturizer. It can remove mascara I don't bother to remove all mine everyday but if you used this several times it would
