AGPtek® Call Center Dialpad Headset Telephone with Tone Dial Key Pad & REDIAL

Update - This morning I got a most unexpected email from Amazon customer service where they sympathized and apologized for the problems with the telephone. They even offered to "Make it right", after all this time wasn't expected at all. They offered a refund and a promise to engage the manufacture to see why my phone broke. With Customer Service like this I was compelled to update my post and change the over all rating to 5 stars, because even though it broke, Amazon has come through with flying colors and made it right. Thanks Amazon, a loyal, and unexpectedly happy, customer for life. I am a work from home supporting network computer systems. Meetings are at the heart of my work and I started running over my Cell phone minutes so I setup VoIP from my cable company and setup my telephone it worked great and was very easy to setup. I have used this telephone for only 6 weeks and today when I tried to call into a meeting I found that the telephone was dead. No power. No lights, No dial tone, nothing. I pulled out a very old phone and it worked on the same line, but this one... Dead after 6 weeks. To bad, I liked the fit and feel of the headset and the fact I could put the call on mute and the other side didn't hear or know that I muted the line while I typed.

I work for an at-home call center agency and this phone has been great. The microphone part is very adjustable making it perfect to adjust per person. The headset is comfortable and non-bothersome throughout the day. The keypad is easy to use and I like that it has a mute button included. I also love that there is the little stand to set the headset on while not in use. It helps keep my desk area clean and prolong the life of the headset. Sound quality is crisp and clear. There are many products like this on the market and others are much pricier. I definitely recommend this one!

So far this Dialpad headset works Excellent!! Comfortable, (maybe the person that left poor feedback concerning comfort didn't know how to properly adjust headset). I can hear my callers clearly, and they can hear me as well. I am VERY impressed with this. I absolutely LOVE that it has a Mute button in case I need to cough. Since I work for a call center, and have for a few years, I am very glad I made my decision to purchase the AGPtek. And the price was affordable as well. Thanks so much for a great transaction!!

I needed a dial-pad phone to replace my Plantronics dial-pad that has seen to many years. However, I have my own Plantronics wireless headset, so I just needed the dial-pad. One key feature that I wanted was Caller ID (my Plantronics dial-pad did not have that, and some times I want to dodge calls). The phone dials well and the sound quality (through my headset) is good. Those were the most important things (even got rid of a hiss I had with the Plantonics dial-pad that I did not realize I had). However, there is only one ring tone and it is probably not the one I would choose if I had any other choice (tinny, cheap electronics sound). No batteries are needed for the display (which is nice), but the date keeps getting lost and stuck in 2009. None of that is really a big deal to me, especially at the price. Why I took one star from the review is because the mute button does not work -- it looks like it is working but it does not actually mute. I have a workaround, but that is pretty key. I am not sure that I want to hassle sending it back and hope another performs better -- this works well for the most important things I need.

I have had this for a couple months now and just started using it about 3 weeks ago. I work at a call center remotely and was previously using software to take calls through computer. This was great when I was working in office, but working remotely with our new system, the software had too many issues. I switched to this on a landline so that I would have clearer, more distinct calls for my customers. It works yes, but it has some drawbacks. My largest complaint is that the audio is VERY quite, even at it's loudest setting I can barely hear the customers oftentimes and I find myself pushing the headphone to my ear to hear better (I am 20 years old and not even close to being hard of hearing). Even doing so, I have to concentrate to make out what they are saying. This issue alone will cause me to not recommend this phone to someone, especially someone who takes call center calls. As an agent you understand hearing the information correctly is ESSENTIAL. Of course, another headset would probably remedy the situation but I am unsure because the sound is controlled by the phone itself. Secondly, turn that ringer OFF! It is the LOUDEST ringer even when it is on low. It will still ring through your headset when it's off, so not a huge deal, but I wish I could keep it on without it giving me a heart attack. It also glitches out sometimes, it will NOT allow you to answer. I thought at first maybe our system wasn't working with it, but even when I called the phone directly, the answer button did not work at all. I find the only way to remedy the situation is to unplug the phone completely and plug it back in. Also, the overall cheapness. The band that sits on your head gets stuck and wont expand, it doesnt seem like it is made out of the best material and the side band that rests above your ear constantly rotates as I speak and wraps itself in my hair. Again, a new headset would probably fix this but I find with the other issues, I don't think it is worth it. The one thing I love above this is how well it blocks out background noise, if that mic isnt right ON your lips, customers will not be able to hear you which says great things about the noise cancellation. All in all, it's alright, but I think I will look into plantronics brand instead, I dont feel I will get much more use out of this.

It's nice but headphone 🎧 is not comfortable size

引っ越し後に安い電話機を探していましたが こちらの電話機を購入しました。 受話器ではなくて、ヘッドセットで通話を行うタイプで 電話がかかってくるたびに耳にセットするのは面倒ですが コールセンターの受付みたいで気に入っています。 このヘッドセットが無線だともっと良かったです。 相手の声は、わりとこもりぎみ。ヘッドセット自体を 別途ヘッドセットへ取り付け変更とかできたらさらに良かったです。 ただまぁ全体的にみても、コスパが良くて満足のいくアイテムでした。
