I see why they're loved by over 10 million people!
Keep in mind, I bought these pre-owned. The experience will be unbiased. Pros: • The fit They are comfortable, with little to no ear fatigue. Despite having an assortment of ear gel tips, I would've gladly paid more for Complyfoam-style tips for better noise isolationand better bass response. •Sound quality While we're on the subject of sound, they sound amazing and surprisingly balanced. Between the graphene coated drivers on my previously owned Life P2s and the diamond coated drivers on my Liberty Air 2s, you can definitely hear the difference in the highs and mids. The low end packs plenty of punch on both models , but without the muddy sound. Downloading the app unlocks even more customization of sound and touch control configurations. It works very well, with very few issues. •Noise cancellation Call clarity is another area where sound quality really matters most. On both ends. Granted, they do not have "active" noise cancellation. They do, however, have better noise reduction in noisy environments. They can hear me clearly; I can hear them just as well. •Battery life When it comes to battery life: streaming, podcasting, gaming, etc., it definitely has stamina and will run every bit of 7+ hours, single bud or both. Cons: The only con I see, as far as the app is concerned, is the lack of visual notifications when headphones or speakers are powered on and connected (not a deal breaker, but would love to see this in an upcoming software update). Overall, I would recommend these in a heartbeat. You get a nice presentation, high quality sound and crystal clear calls. All at a price that won't leave your pockets with just lint and receipts.😌

in 2023 it still is a top contender.
Had this for a few years now and a few other Anker products, and the TL:DR answer is this, its still worth it to buy in 2023 BUT. Pros: Battery Life - Normally wear them for about 4 hours or so and don't really have to worry, but I still just put them in the case for a quick charge. Amazing sound With the App you can change how the tap controls work as well as the signature of the sound, make it more bass heavy for your bass heads, lighter if you wanna enjoy all the sounds in the song. Cons: ME SPECIFICALLY - The silicone ear tips don't keep a solid hold, so I had to get aftermarket foam ear tips and those work 100%, I don't need to have ANC on as the foam blocks off MOST of the noise that some people might not want. When you put them in it might sound loud since it gives you a "BATTERY HIGH/ON" voice alert, hasn't been a problem for me, but giving people who might have sensitive ears to be warned when you take them out the case and right into your ears.

Good but a little finicky sometimes
I've had these for about a year. The audio quality is good, they stay in my ears well, and the battery life is pretty good. The ability to pair just one to a device is nice, and the touch controls work most of the time. The only issue is how often the fail to pair with my Pixel 7, but it always eventually works after a few tries.

So good I got two.
I bought my first pair a year ago and just got a second pair for the office. These are great for normal every day use and the best thing is that they’re not going to break the bank. They come with numerous ear pieces to fit snug and are really comfortable. I wear them for hours at a time and they don’t hurt my ears at all. The sound is high quality and they have good bass for music and nice clear quality for phone calls. I guess the noise cancellation might not be as good as your premium earbuds, but that doesn’t bother me knowing they cost less than $30. Love these and definitely a fan of Anker - Soundcore products!

Decent for the price
UPDATE: Anker's customer service always goes above and beyond! I'd give them 10 stars if possible solely on their customer service. I think many people would be happy with this product, but it still is just OK for me. All in all, low risk because Anker will make sure you are happy with the product or with them as a company at the end of the day. ---------------------------------------- EDIT: I paired these buds to my computer but when I tried to switch back to my phone, only one ear would pair. I had to unpair and then start the setup process over each time. Also, the connection is now a bit unstable and the buds won't fully stay connected. I've only used these around the house and not for any sort of exercise. Can't drop this half a star but don't think these deserve a two star rating so I'm keeping the three stars up. ---------------------------------------- TL;DR overall, they're OK and you'd probably be happy with these as a casual listener, but I might end up returning these. We'll see. Price is OK for what you get. Anker seems to try and pack a lot of features such as touch controls and adjustable EQ settings (both of which you can customize through the Soundcore App). The sound is fairly punchy and gets pretty loud. The bass, depending on your EQ settings, can get loud and stay tight. Pairing the buds to your device is easy (although I initially had issues playing music on Spotify). Call quality was also decent. |--Semi-detailed breakdown--| Sound: The sound out of the box, especially using Anker's signature sound EQ via the app, is not the best. Specifically, the highs are too shrill and almost tinny. I have tested the sound listening to about 20 songs over several different genres of music (hip hop, R&B, rock, metalcore, classical, pop, EDM, lo-fi chill hop, etc.) and this pair of earbuds seems to shine in some areas over others. Unfortunately, the shrillness and harshness of the treble was prevalent throughout. That said, if you explore the EQ settings on the app, you should be able to find a decent setting to mitigate the harshness. Tech: The touch controls are a nice addition, but they are very limited. You only have the choice of double tap and long press, and you can set either ear to toggle (1) play/pause, (2) next track, (3) volume up/down, (4) call start/end, and (5) voice assistant. There is no slide function or single tap function. That said, this feels unrefined. Both the double tap and long press functions are a bit slow, and neither work well or efficiently for adjusting the volume. You are better off adjusting the volume via your paired device because each double tap or long press only increases the volume by one tick, so volume toggles are very slow this way. Fit: Luckily, I rarely have trouble with the fit of any buds (especially those that come with different tips) because I usually seem to find a good fit with included ear tips. It is important to note that THESE DO NOT HAVE ANC so please don't expect a high level of noise cancellation in loud environments. However, with the volume at a moderately high level in conjunction with the seal from the ear tips, the passive noise cancellation should be enough in most environments for you to accidentally ignore people who are trying to talk to you. Overall, these are another decent pair of headphones from Anker. Good amount of tech crammed in, but the sound is just OK for the price. Honestly, with the borderline gimmicky tech and the sound quality, you probably should not pay full price ($100) for these and wait for them to go on sale.

These got great reviews on the web so I bought a pair for my wife and I. I've had a few of this style before and these are the best ones I've found and they lived up to the reviews. The sound quality is great and how they fit in your ear they cut out most outside noise and the app is a great add on to let you customize your listening. I purchased them mostly for calls. Inside the clarity is great for the people I'm talking to but outside if it's windy I've found them to not be any better than my airpods. Also because of the shape of my ear after an hour or so one particular part starts to hurt in my right ear on the outer part where the hard plastic part headphones touch but mostly a mild discomfort. Still working on finding the right spot/ angle to negate that.

The first pair I got were refurbished and I used them mainly with my Google Pixel 2. They worked really well: clear sound, blocks any noise unless it’s really loud, fast charging in the case, overall good quality. There were some pairing issues but you just need to put them back in the case and try the process again for them to work. I lost them and couldn’t find another pair within my price range so I opted for getting a second pair that were new. Those worked just as well as the second. My wife saw how useful they were and liked the variety of earpieces because a lot of earbuds don’t fit her ears. I found my first pair later on and gave the newer pair to my wife. A month later, the right earbud stopped charging. I contacted Anker about this and they had us troubleshoot it but that didn’t work. We sent them the requested information for the issue and they sent us a new pair via Amazon! We got to keep the older pair and the accessories. Overall, a very good experience!

I already own the Liberty 2 Pro and really like them. They are all itjiyghr they would be and more. This time, I decided to give stem style earbuds a try and these seemed to be a natural choice. As with the Liberty 2 Pros, these earbuds do not disappoint. For me, the fit seems better and I like the stem style. They are comfortable and so far I've gotten no ear fatigue, even after 3 or more hours of listening. The touch controls work as advertised and I'm able to control everything I need them to, once I customized with the app The audio quality is quite good...a hair below the Liberty 2 Pros but, at about half the price, I have no complaibts. Are they audiophile quality? Well, no but, again, at their current price, I did not expect that....I am an audiophile from back in the 1970s and have owned done of the finest headphones. These are not those but, they are one fine sounding pair of Bluetooth earbuds. Colour me impressed

They don't 'fall out' as often as I thought they would. But they still do on occasion especially if I'm chewing gum. Overall I really like them. I gave up on the custom EQ, finding it extremely bright. It seems that if you're over 40 they automatically crank the treble up to eleven. Most of the custom EQs are bass, mid or treble heavy, there's no balanced option. Still the standard settings are listenable. Battery life is great. Comfort is great. I want to try them with my Comply eartips. My go-to IEMs remain my ATH-IM50 with Comply tips, but these are more convenient for when you frequently need to remove one to talk to some annoying person. Sound isolation is so-so with supplied tips but would improve greatly with Comply.

As soon as I open i have marks sctract and sign of use. Also notice left ear peice is defective some time doesnt pair. I am advance user so i have tried all technical stuff for pair and reset. I have escalated to support team but yet no responce so far. Will wait for return this week.
