Very nice and secure
I have used this as well as the kryptonite stronghold. While the stronghold may be a bit mlre secure as the nolts go deeper and the conch ring may be slightly thicker, this one seem quite strong too and has a lesser footprint than the stronghold. I like both.

Perfect for my needs
This baby will not come out if installed properly. Using this to attach to chain to hold my generator during peer outages. They give you the drill bit but not one for a pilot hole. Instructions are good, well detailed and make the installation easy. I anchored into concrete and used an sds plus ryobi drill, 18v and it went through the concrete like butter. The anchors are fine. Would use again if needed. Believe me, it's not coming out of the concrete.

Rent a good hammer drill and drill bit.
As others have said, drilling into concrete is not for the faint of heart. The drill bit included in the package does work, but only with a hammer drill and much effort. Eye and ear protection, in addition to an N95 mask and a shop vac are essential. Note that when seating the screws, it is necessary to seat the screws into the anchors before tapping the anchors into the concrete. The drill bit that came with the item was low quality and the instructions that came with the item did not make the project clear for an inexperience DIY project.

Great Ground Anchor
Very heavy duty, all hardware was provided included the concrete drill bit. Although it is good they provide a drill bit, it is very low quality. I was able to drill one hole without problem but the bit stopped cutting half way through the second hole.Save yourself some frustration, get a good 5/8" and 3/8" concrete drill bit. Use the 3/8" to drill a pilot hole before using the 5/8" bit. Be sure to follow the instructions and drill the holes exactly as deep as the directions indicate. The last important tip, be sure to vacuum the concrete dust from the hole before using the 5/8" bit. Take you time and your anchor will be securely bolted to the concrete floor.

Anchors are good, but prepare yourself for the installation process.
Okay, in the end, these anchors are super solid. Prepare yourself for one heck of an installation process, though. At least if you're planning on installing these into something like the hard concrete of a typical garage floor. The drill bit supplied with these anchors was entirely incapable of drilling into my garage floor more than a half-inch or so. Complete failure. So, to drill the holes, I went to Home Depot and purchased two good quality carbide masonry bits: 1/4" and 1/2". I used the smaller bit to drill a pilot hole, and then followed up with the larger bit. This process was very tough and took a while, but it worked. THEN, I used the bit supplied with the anchors and drilled again to widen the hole very slightly. And then I ran the bit up and down the hole a bunch more times to grind a little more space for the anchor-bolt to fit. And be careful with those anchor bolts. If you are too rough with them they will fall apart. Also, good luck using these tools to drill the holes accurately enough to line them up with the holes in the mounting plate. In the end, even though I worked as carefully as I could, I could only line things up well enough to get two of the bolts to line up for installation. Good news was that just two bolts secured the system really well. Quite the epic installation process... but yes, this anchor is solid and and I'm happy with the end result.

Works well, definitely need a few pilot holes.
I bought this to secure my bike outside on my concrete driveway. The 5/8th drill bit dit not make good enough holes on its own. I worked up from a 1/8th pilot hole with masonry bits and eventually got 4 decent holes which i out the 5/8ths anchors into. 4×5/8th anchors is MASSIVE overkill to secure a bike. Similar anchors are used to secure parts of buildings. The added ball bearings make this impossible to remove with hand tools. It could likely be defeated by an angle grinder attack, but the anchor is probably stronger than your lock. Stronger than most bike poles in cities. Best thing you can do without storing the bike inside.

Wicked . . . tough. Bad Ass
solid As Heck. Had to buy a mason hammer drill to drill into my 85 year old concrete pad but this thing is in there SOLID. I think the only way this thing is getting moved is when they hook a chain to it and pull the concrete pad out from under my house (so they can build a mcmansion in it's place.)
