Good way to get chromium into the body but tastes awful.

Add it to my coffee in the a.m. - no taste whatsoever. Have definitely noticed a decrease in cravings for sweet as well as being satisfied with smaller portions.

This helped me curb my appetite as well as put down sweets.

5-star for the product, -1 star for the instructions and ease-of-use; the instructions state "using the metered dropper, take 1.25 mL.." and the metered dropper is marked by .50 and 1.0 measurements, so i guess at the approx 1/2way mark.

I am not suppose to have chocolate (can cause reflux, fibrocycstic breast disease in women and moles). Chromiu, an essential trace element, helped me quit chocolate in 2 weeks. I don't even miss it and I was addicted to it. Chromium also helps you metabolize carbohydrates. I like the liquid version. There are two types of Chromium, I get a tummy ache from the Picolinate type.

The dosage instructions don’t match the dropper's measurement. Please advise on exact dropper dosage vs tblsp dosage.

It really works though slightly bitter. Because I'm not on insulin, I use it when I know I over did it ( or had a sweet attack).

Bought this when I felt my body was still missing something it adds to the other vitamins and minerals, it also reduces sugar cravings. I use it sparingly as it is just a little pricey for me for the amount you get. Note: (I have not been paid to review this product. This is simply a product I use and and love what it delivers).
