How is this patch "Tactical?" Is it stab proof, or maybe bullet proof? Asking for a friend.

To save my embarrassment it now has a 'tactical union flag support' which look well hard and my blond fluffy dog as a K9 assassin Military Working Dog. Are we now friends? It's a good patch too.

No, not velcro. It has a shiney covering on the back which I think is glue. This will melt when you iron the patch on. However, I put mine on a bag using my own basic adhesive (Uhu or similar), no ironing, and it is fine.

You have to iron the patch on to Jacket type material
