I am unable to take vitamin pills and ended up being malnourished so my doctor told me I had to get liquid vitamins, these are the ones I picked! I will preface this by saying I am pretty picky but I think it tastes awful!! It also leaves a yucky aftertaste blech! I usually add them to a small glass of OJ to help and I found that refrigerating the bottle helps a tiny bit. I did just have my husband try them and he said they weren’t “that bad”. I hope the next bottle I pick tastes better but I’m guessing with vitamins they all taste a bit yucky!

I buy this monthly for me and my son, both ADD(me) and ADHD (him). I have lots of mutations on my MTHFR gene and feel that this really helps get me the B vitamins and folate I need, as well as vitamin C. Just an all around awesome vitamin. I do as many liquid supplements as I can because I feel the absorbency is better. My son reports that he feels “chill” in class when he takes these. This is a BIG deal because we were getting calls daily about fights, oppositional behavior etc. he is 16 and will continue with these daily.
