Bought used like new and it’s overall great. The speakerphone is loud and good. The handset though is a little lower then I’d like but it’s still very usable. Highly recommend for home office if you use Skype. Had a mute button and other standard phone features. Would give 5 stars if headset volume was louder. And yes I messed around with all my volume settings.

Works with usb phone systems but is very low quality.

This phone only connects via the USB connector hard wired to it, has no port for normal phone company connector. When I plugged its hard-wired USB connector into my desktop, the phone displayed the message to connect with Microsoft Lync, which is a paid MS system. Also, I may be wrong here because I did not wish to download MS Lync, but there is some commentary that MS will no longer support Lync after 7/21 - perhaps offering something else. In any event the description does not warn the purchaser who just wants a new phone for his landline that this phone is entirely unsuitable for that purpose.
