I love this stuff! I think it tastes great and is great. It is also fluoride free so that’s excellent. The color of the actual toothpaste itself is a grey-ish color. I find it to be great for sensitive teeth as I personally have a lot of issues in that department. Super effective.

I was looking for a fluoride-free toothpaste after my prior brand stopped production. This one works well for me. I can't say it whitens, but I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day and my teeth don't look stained. I needed fluoride-free because my skin reacts to fluoride in that my skin peels so much I was telling people I had "liprosy" (leprosy of the lips). Switched to fluoride-free and my lips are back to normal. It is not expensive and I have no skin or tooth sensitivity from it. It is not overly minty and not at all off-puttiing.

What Could Be Improved: Limited Whitening Effect: While it feels great and cleans well, I’m not entirely sure how effective it is for whitening teeth. I haven't noticed a significant change in the whiteness of my teeth after using it. Overall Impressions: The ARM & HAMMER Essentials Fluoride-Free Toothpaste provides a refreshing clean and is a great choice for those looking for a more natural option. However, if you’re specifically seeking strong whitening effects, you might want to consider additional whitening products. Overall, it’s a solid toothpaste!

It is really good toothpaste, cleans the teeth very well and easy to use. Cap was easy to close and the taste is not bad
