Makes awesome marshmallows
I bought this to make homemade marshmallows in order to avoid using corn syrup. I have also used a tiny bit of it in my sugar syrup to make caramel. Very neutral taste and worked great for both. I just wish it was a little less expensive.

Try it. You will love it.
I love it. It is a great substitute for sugar or anything else that is overly sweet.

Makes great peanut brittle
Every Christmas I make peanut brittle for my husband and father in law. We're trying to cut back on the sweets but the peanut brittle is a non negotiable. 😉 I thought I would try this tapioca syrup as a healthier alternative to corn syrup since it has less calories and a lower glycemic index. The tapioca syrup is very sticky and thicker than corn syrup which made it a bit more difficult to work with (it stuck to EVERYTHING!😆) But the brittle tasted delicious and no one noticed a difference. It was worth the extra hassle for the health benefits. I think I'll be using the tapioca syrup from now on.

Tapioca syrup
A little pricey, but good for making homemade ice cream. Now it is only available in commercial quantities and I wouldn’t purchase that much! I have switched to a different brand due to unavailability and price!

Best Peanut Brittle Ever
Every year at holiday time I make peanut brittle for my family members as a gift but did not like the fact that corn syrup is a main ingredient. This year I substituted the Keystone Pantry Tapioca Syrup and it was brilliantly successful! I even used it to make a pecan pie for the Christmas Eve dinner at my brother’s home and it was perfect. I’ll never use corn syrup again! Teresa S.

LOVE
I absolutely love this syrup! It’s a thick syrup with a very mild taste—it’s a bit too pricey but no complaints about the product besides that

Didn't feel comfortable using as it was open
Couldn't use it as it arrived, opened, and the bottle was half empty in the bag it was shipped in.
