Angle them right for maxed out wrist support.
The rubber is tippity tip tops mate...!?! The flared wings for palm heel support is the best for longer rides, keeps those wrist joints well supported when you've acquired the correct angle fittings for you, I've actualy put more forward thrust in my seat saddle angle, just to accompany the extra palm heel space ,and boy the sensations through the rubber is pure bliss, just that extra cushioning in the grip wings makes all the difference, more platform for the wrist joints to rest on is so much more comfortable, GRIP phenomenal, it's almost sticky when worn with gloves.

Comfortable grips
These are nice grips and help take away pressure from the wrists and come in two sizes with consideration for the materials used, non-hazardous rubber etc.

Pretty darn good but could be better...
When I started cycling again in May this year I started with a Gary Fisher Big Sur - a 2000 'vintage' mountain bike. This needed some new grips as I was getting major issues on my left hand. After much research, reding reviews and watching videos I decided to settle on these grips and must say over all I've been really impressed. The lock-on system is excellent and enables you to position the grips just as you want them with only a single allen key and a gentle turn on the grip. This is really beneficial as this kind of grip needs a little experimentaion to find the absolute best position for each different rider. The 'shelf' is a good size without getting in the way and has certainly helped with my issues but not totally resolved them - a trip to the physio is planned soon to see what else can be done. The rubber used on these grips is a great compound, it's grippy and well patterned without being too sticky and cleands up really easily. The only complaint or maybe request I would have is that there was a version of this grip with a larger diameter and more shock absorbent properties to reduce vibrations. The grips have now been moved my recently purchased Trek Roscoe 7 - see pic attached - and suit this bike equally as well as the Big Sur. I'll certianly be sticking with these or a similar grip from Ergon for my future requirements.

Great comfortable grips
Transformed the level of comfort on my eMtn bike long runs. Easy to fit. Good value and look smart.

Very good grip.
I have these grips before on another bike a few years back. The grips are very grippy/sticky and are an enormous improvement of the factory grip that came on my bike. The help reduce the wrist fatigue in longer rides. They look good to and I Like the new range of colours, this dark blue suits my bike well. They are a little more expensive than some other grips, but I think it’s worth paying that bit more for these. I would definitely recommend them. They were quick and easy to fit and stay in position very well. They are also very durable too. My old ones on my old bike were still okay after 3k miles.

Helped with wrist pain
I have just started montain biking after getting too old and fragile for skateboarding. Afyer the first couple of rides I got awful wrist pain so did some research and came across these. I think they are great. Helped me 75% of the way, the rest is me getting used to gripping properly etc. Would defo recommend. The blue ones are really smart on my bike too and really easy to fit.

I love the Ergon GA3; it has an excellent grip for bikepacking and long rides. I suffer from numb hands when riding, but these gloves helped out and made a big difference. I recommend that you try them. I got them at a good price during Prime Day.

Use these on my mountain bike on regular 1-5 hours rides of medium to difficult technical single-track trails. These are excellent. The ergonomic style is great on my hands especially on technical descents where there is a lot of braking of simply hanging on :). They have excellent grip in wet weather. They go on easily yet lock securely. There is nothing more I’d want out of them.

I previously owned a classic, GP2 style grips. I was very pleased until I was advised to switch to more "professional grips". Out of the blue I began to suffer from excruciating pain in the palms of my hands. It took me a while to connect the dots. I figured that I would have to go back to my previous grips. As I needed to purchase a new pair, I decided to check out the full selection. I chose the GA3 grips and I could not be happier. They are compact, soft but firm, flexible enough to rotate to a different grip and even sport a "cool" look. Most importantly - I am pain free!!!
