Wild Earth Universal sun canopy awning for Caravan or Motorhome 240cm x 300cm Silver Grey

First impressions are that this product is very well made, light and well packaged. We haven't tried it in wind and rain yet but as it's made of a similar material to a tent we expect it to perform well.

The awning is useful for lightweight uses.

Expensive for what it is

We bought this 3m x 3m awning as an alternative to putting up our full drive away air awning for times when we are staying just one or two nights. It's mainly used if the weather is poor and we want to be able to take off boots and waterproofs outside rather than in the motorhome. It fits into the awning rail on the motorhome in seconds and then has 3 multi part spring loaded poles and comes complete with approx 8 flourescent guy ropes. This allows the awning to be set up in multiple positions including the sloped option in the picture or at a shallower angle so there is more head room or even with the poles half way along the sides and the end furthest away from the van at a steep angle. There is room for us to sit under it with 2 large recliner chairs and a table, as long as the rain is vertical. We are considering purchasing a second awning sheet which we would clip on one end or the other to act as a wind/rain block if the rain is horizontal. Lol. We have used it once in medium wind and some fairly heavy rain and it stayed in position well and no rain got through.

The canopy is light weight and easy to fit but I don’t know if it’s strong enough only time will tell but it comes with all the poles and guid ropes and it’s reasonably priced

Very thin and flimsy nothing like advertised item ,I've returned it.

Used this so many times on caravan. So quick and easy to put up and take down. Admired by lots of people!

Looked good but not all poles stayed locked . Seller did promise to send replacement pole but I have not had that delivered. Disappointed if all had worked would say good value for money.
