Really good canned pears, in pear juice, and at a good price. I recommend them . Have already ordered more!

I absolutely love these pears. This is a difficult review to write because they are simply canned pears. Please understand that I mostly do not give reviews for three star items. Either you get a one star for being horrible, very rarely a two star if you're horrible but make it right and a four star for being close. Three stars? What does that mean? You're mediocre? You're average? You did just enough? If that is the case, you likely will not hear from me. You've done well but need to improve and I won't waste my time on you. All of that to say that I give these pair slices five star for being fresh, crisp and delicious.

I expected the typical soft sweet canned pears I've always had. These pears are hard as unripe fruit. They are hard and crunchy. Is this wrong or just different? Typical canned pears are really too soft. Are these too hard? These also have, to me, very little flavor. Maybe it's the unripe factor. I don't think this is a mistake. Or a massive load of ½ ripe fruit went up for sale cheap. What to do with these pears? You could drain them, and chop them for salads cooking or baking...hmmmm? OK. The price is great. I will experiment. Pear chunks cooked in butter with walnuts and cinnamon?

These pear slices were tender and not mushy. Tasted fresh out of the can and worked great as a snack and in a dessert.

My kids love them. Good quality fruit that doesn’t feel like it has been over processed. Good flavor and appearance and don’t feel all mushy like some canned fruits.

Pears were not top quality. They were ok but had hard places && were not top quality in my estimation.

As a poet who don’t know it, it arrived intact and well packed. Overnight! No minimum always free delivery. Good lower priced items. Amazon groceries are the way to go for me from now on!

I was very surprised, these pears were delicious, and the price was great. Highly recommend
