So far so good. I am taking these Chlorella Recovery bits to build up my immune system. It was a hard decision. Almost purchased the Vitality bits because they are a mix of spirulina and chlorella but, in the end, landed on Chlorella for this order. I'm still not 100% sure I don't need the spirulina also. Maybe next time. I'm taking the recommended 20 per day to kick start my immune system.

These tabs are so easy to take (whether you chew them or take them whole). I have definitely felt an improvement of my gut health and energy. They are worth the price. I’ll definitely be continuing them.

My life hack is the fact that these have been shown to slash hangovers by up to 96% which is practically magic. In college I got all my friends hooked on these to avoid hangovers. I think the key is that they help in liver detoxification, making it great for the morning after. I like this brand the best because ENERGYbits uses sound vibrations to crack their chlorella, instead of glass beads, which can contaminate algae with lead. I usually take 30ish tablets in the morning for an energy boost or when I'm on a plane or before/after drinking on a night out for detoxification. I will say I like the flavor a lot and I tend to chew them but warning that they will make your mouth green.

Recovery Bits along with Beauty Bits is a very good product. I used a different brand and it turned out to be really salty thew the opened one away and donated the closed bag to the local food pantry. I believe because of where Beauty & Recovery Bits are produced I didn't have that problem. The only problem I have with this product is that it's very costly and I no longer can afford it on my social security monthly check. So I have to pass but if you can afford it I don't think you'll be disappointed.
