Gets the job done! So simple, just set the correct input voltage (clear easy label), plugged into standard outlet, plugged my UK appliance (toastie maker) into device, and turned on. Soon we had all the delicious toasties could want! Just make sure you get one with enough wattage for what you want to power. I was a little hesitant because I don't know anything about electricity and was leery of starting a house fire just so we could have some sandwiches but couldn't have been easier and it works great.

Excellent product, it was just as described

1st one was sent with no padding and ripped through the box..was dented as well..amazon sent a replacement and same issue without the dent. 6 months later it is still working

It’s a very nice quality transformer, been using it for a couple months now and no issues so far. I bought it to use it with my Indian Mixi and quite happy with this purchase.

Does what it says on the tin, and please make sure you read other reviews and the instructions. if you want to step up from 110v or 120v to 220 or 240, you must move the switch at the back of the unit to the other position. Definitely would recommend and buy again

Compared to my ST-2000VA transformer, the ZGROCK 1500W Voltage Converter transformer is significantly smaller. It suits my household much better and doesn't take up so much space :-) As other reviewers have pointed out, the two identical output plugs for 110V and 220V on the front create confusion when connecting devices to the transformer. Two different looking plugs would be helpful. Still, I'm happy with the transformer due to the smaller size. 5 stars!

This product is excellent in 220 to 240v but in 120v is good for non polarized devices and its very bad in polarized devices its a fire hazard and catastrophic BEWARE do not used if your devices is polarized its because the neutral side is the power.

Buy with caution. Tripped electrical circuit after only 4 months of usage. Unable to get refund via Amazon.
