A good purchase for the cost
I purchased this product in September of 2020. It was not that difficult to assemble but I had experience assembling a similar elliptical a few months prior which may have assisted me in being able to assemble this cross trainer. This elliptical is very effective if you would like to get cardio and resistance training exercise without putting that much pressure on your joints (I have found wearing orthotics on your knees and ankles and other areas you may need to wear them on also adds additional joint protection benefits that make the use of this machine a whole lot less strenuous on the body than say running on asphault or concrete even if the machine can't necessarily match the exertion provided by a jog or run unless you really push yourself to pedal very fast). It also certainly does work out your upper arm, shoulder, and upper back muscles to a somewhat satisfactory extent if you choose to hold the handle bars attached to the foot pedals instead of the static handle bars. I am reviewing this product becuase I use it almost everyday and it has proven effective along with a regime of nutritious eating to help me lower and manage my weight and also to help me feel like a healthy, energetic, and vigorous person. I am able to use this machine for exercise no matter what the weather is like outside, which makes the machine very convenient. Also, if you purchase this machine and have some type of monitor or television nearby you could watch any type of media while using this machine which could make exercising a little less dull. If you keep using this JLL fitness apparatus you will have to keep adjusting the bolts because they will loosen with use, although this is simple enough. Also the batteries for the display will have to be replaced fairly frequently if you use this machine for multiple hours a day. I only wish the resistance level could be brought even higher at this point and that the range of motion allowed by the cross trainer was a little broader so I could stretch out my legs (and I am a relatively smaller in stature person at 5'6.5"), but again for the purchase cost, I have found this machine to be very effective and I am very happy that I purchased this JLL cross trainer (or that I was even able to afford to purchase this JLL cross trainer).

Good exercise and works well. Does squeak though!
I'll start with this is good to use. I use it three to four times a week for 30 minutes each time. It does just what I need and I like I can use it in reverse as well. It is good and with everything else i now have I will never join a gym again! Now the rest. It is horrible to build! Most of it is ok as I followed the video. The worst part is the tension cable in the front support. The video said to move the dial to one when putting this together. I did that and the cable went up the pole! I had to turn it the opposite way to get the cable back. Attaching the end of the cable to the other side connector was a pain! Really was as it is so hard to do I ended up cutting myself and had blood everywhere. I had a Reebok one years ago that was nowhere near as bad to build. However the rest went together quite easily. I am sure they could have made it easier for this step though. I imagine the neighbours were happy when I'd built it due to all my swearing trying to attach the tension cable! I first put the foot plates on the front most holes but soon realized I kept hitting my knees on the front. After moving them to the back holes they are perfect. Once built it feels good and solid. I do get an annoying squeak though at times. No idea what causes this. I am not about to injure myself again though by taking the front apart so will have to live with it! It works and I can just turn my music up louder to ignore the squeak!

Kit great, assembly awful
Won't beat around the bush, the lack of paper based instructions for assembly with this product is a massive oversight. Having to stop/start a YouTube video was infuriating. I've put a lot of flat pack together in my time, and this was awful (you will almost definitely need help). However, assembly aside, this is a very sturdy piece of kit. I'm using it to do 2.5km a day, just to get me off my backside now I'm working from home because of the pandemic, and that's a decent enough work out for me (on the easiest setting!). If you upped the tension and did 30 minutes, you'd definitely feel it afterwards.

Great trainer
It took me a long time to decide which trainer to get. But as I am a first user, I decided not to go for the expensive one. I was concerned about the stride length as family would use this as well but it turned out fine. Very pleased with this, it does the job and runs quietly. Assembly instructions were easy, there was just one bit that was fiddly and I needed some help, which was attaching the tension cord. Its a great trainer, great value and it looks smart as well.

Good hanger for clothes
All the fitness items I saw on my friend circle are tuned up to cloth hangers after I while. Ours take app. 3 months. If we speak of the first three months, it was quiet and the quality was higher than expected. Usually, I do this kind of assembly by myself (King of IKEA) but I decided to buy a professional installation service after I read the comments, and I am so proud of myself because of this decision. I watched the guy doing it in barely 50 mins but I am sure I was doing it for ages. In final words, the item itself is good for health and the installation service is good for mental health.
