Stopped working after a year...very expensive mistake
I bought this for my husband and it worked really well for the 3 months we used it in the first and second summer and then at the end of the summer on our 3year...(so 9 months of use almost) it just stopped charging with the solar panels and by plugging it into the mains? Typical the warranty was only for a year..but we paid just under £500 and we have contacted Voltair (who didn't make this model anymore, I said probably because they don't work after a short time and they said that was not the case all...there was just no traction???? Anyway they asked for a picture of this plugged in? (it doesn't work)...anyway I sent them the image they requested and have heard nothing back....so don't waste your money on Voltaic as after a year they stop working....!!!!
