I’ve been using this induction cooktop for over 2 years now, and it has never given me a single issue. Cooking is much faster compared to a regular gas stove, and the built-in timer feature is a real game changer for me. I’ve been so impressed with it that I’ve purchased this same model three times as gifts for family members—and none of them have faced any problems either. Pros:- 1. Touch buttons – Super easy to clean, and no worries about accidental spills damaging it. My old induction had mechanical buttons which eventually stopped working, but this one has been flawless. 2. Energy-efficient – I actually calculated the cost, and it turns out cheaper than using a gas cylinder. 3. Accurate heating levels – Works well for all kinds of cooking, from simmering to frying. 4. Safe & user-friendly – Perfect for anyone, even beginners. Cons: At my mother-in-law’s place, the unit once stopped working because of heavy voltage fluctuations. However, after changing the wire and stabilizing the power supply, it started working fine again. So the issue wasn’t really with the induction itself, but with the electricity. Overall, this it is reliable and efficient! 😄

Functionality was good when I bought the item but after 1 month the induction was not working properly. It shows E6 error and the exhaust fan is not working. I have raised a ticket and waiting for them to contact me. Hope the issue will get resolved.

I am writing to report an issue with my Pigeon Induction Cooktop, which I purchased from Amazon on 28 July 2025. The induction stove is automatically switching off within a few minutes of operation, especially while boiling milk. I have followed all usage instructions, used induction-compatible vessels, and ensured proper ventilation, but the problem still persists. Warranty/service support not responding
