First, let me say that I am SO glad that I didn't read the reviews before purchasing. I might not have bought these and that would have been tragic. They are fantastic!I love how they are shelf stable and ready to eat. No more spiraling zucchini or roasting spaghetti squash. Wonder noodles are wonderfully convenient! Just dump them in a colander in the sink and give them a good rinse. They do have a fishy smell when first opened but it's nowhere near as strong as opening a can of tuna and is quickly washed away. I don't understand why everyone is whining so much about it. The complaints seem a bit excessive. Once they are rinsed they have no smell and they don't really have a taste so they are quite versatile. A friend makes them in broth like pho or ramen and I'm looking forward to trying that next!I toss my ziti wonder noodles with some marinara, browned ground turkey and some seasonings with garlic. A minute in the microwave and dinner was served. Yum! Super fast and low fat/cal/carb.The consistency of the noodles is a bit unusual. I see why people say it's like calamari but I think it's closer to mushrooms. Either way, it's firm and a tiny bit rubbery. I, personally, really like both mushrooms and calamari so I don't find the texture off putting at all. My only regret is buying all ziti noodles. I'm in search of the spaghetti and rice wonder noodles now. I will be purchasing these again.

I went Keto for health reasons. High something liver enzymes from carbs and sugar. Started eating extremely low carb diet and feel great. Now 2 months later I crave some of these carbs. Mostly bread and pasta. Well 1 delivered and one failed horribly.HERO bread is absolutely insane they're tortillas and bread are incredible I don't know how they do it but they match texture and taste (taste is a 7 out of 10) but for extremely low carb you could ask for better.Wonder noodlesAbsolutely disgusting. I wanted so bad for this to be good. I ordered every type they had because I was amazed I could eat pasta in my pasta salade again. Cold noodle taste just like silicon wiring coating. And yes I do know what that tastes like as I'm a computer and electronics engineer. So when I'm bored I chew on the plastic wiring cases I've pulled off. (Helps keep me from smoking) and your product tastes just like it. The only people who could have possibly rated this high are vegans from birth who have never tasted real pasta. This is nothing like pasta, the consistency and shape is nothing like pasta, and it doesn’t hold sauce like pasta. I would use this as a vegetable side dish or in a salad before I would be calling it pasta. False advertising.

It all depends on what you are and are not able to eat. I can't have carbs, therefore I miss pasta, and this is good enough. As eat iteration of low carb or carb-free pasta comes out I am thrilled. This brand has good quality and I am able to use this similarly to how I used ziti. Of course the texture is different, but I go into it already knowing that. If you are expecting it to taste like pasta, you'll be disappointed.

There are many great things about a low carb lifestyle, but not having pasta is not one of them. These noodles help curb the cravings. For best results, rinse thoroughly and then dry quickly in a dry frying pan - then toss in your favorite sauce. We've used them so far in baked ziti, ziti with sauce and meatballs, "mac" and cheese, and even in soups. I will always have them in my pantry from now on.

So, on paper, this looked like it might be a good net-no-carb pasta. Another reviewer mentioned a foul odor and, yes, it has that in spades. Bad enough you have to push yourself to continue preparing it after opening it. DO NOT FORGET TO WASH/RINSE THESE NOODLES. They come wet in a packet and seem a bit slimy when they come out. The first place they should come out is in a collander/strainer. Then wash them THOROUGHLY like you're worried they have Covid-19. Get the slime off or it will not absorb ANYTHING from your sauce and the odor will skunk your sauce. Once it is fully prepared, heated and in your sauce, when you bite into one, you'll notice a gummy/rubbery texture and they will not chew into small pieces as you might expect pasta to easily do.It was also a bit rough on my stomach. My body felt like I ate something very foreign to it and wanted to push it along quickly.Then the next morning... Oh boy. Prepare to see these white noodles mostly intact in your bowel movement.Pros: You feel you've accomplished something special the next morning and you absorbed no carbs from the experience.Cons: Who eats this?

I love these noodles! They've allowed me to make those pasta dishes that I've missed so much. The ziti shape is awesome! They hold their shape nicely when cooking in my creations, and have a decent mouth-feel. So easy to make. Make sure you rinse them well before use. Wish they could make a smaller macaroni replacement.

The texture reminded me a little like chewing calamari. There's no real flavor to the noodles. Noodles are a bit more limp and flat when compared to posta. Made a couple of macaroni and cheese bishes that were a fare substitute to there high carb cousin.
