Q: Is this speaker loud i have little ones but want something i can hesr around the house

It's fine, unless you have a large castle. Good sound picks up bluetooth well. Can't fault it.

Q: When playing through USB, do the tracks play in the originally recorded order or do they reshuffle and play by order of artist?

If you have a playlist it plays every song ,,,, I have set lists so it’s perfect,,,, it’s a must have speaker

Q: Can you use this speaker while its on charging?

Yes you can, it includes an USB type A to type C charging cable and is charged via the USB C port, so you can use an USB stick in the Type A port to play music from while charging, or via Bluetooth.

Q: Would this speaker be loud enough for a bouncy castle party? because the sound of the castle itself is pretty loud, I need a loud enough speaker

If you are talking about a small generator for your castle and only a few kids then it's probably OK. However if you are talking about a large bouncy castle with lots of noisy kids the the speaker won't have enough power. I suspect in this case you would need a PA system.
