I’ve been using the Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy in the Strawberry Lime flavor, and it’s been excellent. It dissolves super easily with just a few shake, no clumps at all. The flavor is surprisingly good, refreshing, not too sweet, and really enjoyable. I also feel a nice, clean energy boost without jitters, which makes it perfect before workouts or even during a long day. Highly recommend!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is an awesome product energy and hydrates me From my workouts. It also suppresses my appetite for a meal.

This is the best flavor I have yet to find for pre workout. Tasty, effective and not a crazy amount of caffeine. Costco got a better deal for this product but they don’t offer this flavor, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Good flavor however I do use more water then instructions suggest. Mixes well and helps me meet my water intake goals.

I wasn't sure I would like this but let me just say, it is incredible. It gives energy, mental clarity and it doesn't taste bad. I bought the strawberry-lime to begin with but like the green apple better. I've also tried the grape and that is pretty decent as well. I have gotten slightly jittery on this product when I've consumed 20 ounces in a relatively short amount of time. Normally I drink 20 oz. over the course of 4 hours or so during my 3rd shift job. I will typically consume 8-10 ounces before and during a workout and they go so much better when I use this product. The powder is ultra-fine so sometimes when pouring the powder into a water bottle (even a wide bottle) it can cause Amino dust storms and it can cause a chalky look on black clothing if it comes in contact and doesn't brush off without leaving the chalky look - however, this is minor and just something to be aware of before you try to mix it at your desk wearing all black!

Energy! Energy! Energy and more Energy. I was exhausted, but I take this once in the morning (only 2 scoops). It is not only delicious, but it gives me the energy to exercise and stick to my diet. I have already lost 25 lbs. It is not a weight loss product, but can help you with that extra boost you need when working out. It says you can use it for recovery after workout, before workout or just for that extra boost up to 10 times a day. Like I said, I'm only taking it once a day so far, but it is good to know that I can get that extra boost if I need it. The best part is it is only 5 calories per serving. Sorry to sound like a commercial, because I am not a stockholder or a distributor. I have become a Subscribe and Save customer though.

The instructor at my gym recommended I might try this since I always work out first thing in the morning without eating. Sometimes it was tough because I would lose energy shortly into the workout. I have to say, I feel like this has made marked improvements on my stamina and energy. This has plenty of caffeine to wake you up and energize your workout, but more important is the mix of amino acids, which your body needs for those strenuous days at the gym. Optimum nutrition has also done a better job of packing their servings with more of everything. Other products I've tried required MUCH bigger scoops to get the same amount of caffeine and BCAAs as I get in two scoops of this (which equates to a single serving). So far I've LOVED all of ON's products. I use their protein and creatine powders as well and struggle to find a fault with any of them.
