Hot, spicy that will leave your mouth buzzing. Has a pink pepper corn heat that is addictive. In a good way.

Great spicy flavor with some minor smoke and slightly numbs the tongue - just like in China. I had this brand and style of preparing nuts in Ningbo, China and was super happy to find it in the US.

I was initially put off by the "crispy" in the title, expecting something light and airy and not-at-all like a peanut. I was pleasantly surprised that it still have a definitive peanut texture with a slightly cleaner bite than most US peanuts. Couple that with edible red pepper slivers and crisped Sichuan peppercorns and you end up with the spicy-tingly málà flavor without being spicy enough to overwhelm the peanut flavor.

These were a favorite snack of mine while living in China, so I order them occasionally. However, this seller is never consistent about their pricing- raising it or lowering it by 50% every couple weeks. I can't imagine the seller's costs fluctuate nearly that much.

Absolutely amazing and excellent with beer. Keeps you wanting more. Nice spice level too.

Good taste, expensive compared to Costco

These are addicting. I’ve reordered more times than I should admit. Not very spicy, but lots of flavor and crunch.

This last sealed HFH Spicy Peanuts, ordered and received in latter December 2024 which I just opened (Jan 9, 2025) was not only tasteless, but stale and soft! Had previously bought this brand “Huang Fei Hong Spicy Peanuts” last summer, as well as for my 2 daughters in NY in the fall - the peanuts last summer were crisp and flavorful. But this last sealed packet received in December is waste of $29.99 for 6 bags of 7.40 oz - just trash. The “Best Before (MM/DD/YYYY)” as shown on package” is blank in both English and Chinese. This Shandong, PRC Co claims its “Shelf Life 12 mos”. This should have been a warning re freshness of product as it is not returnable, replaceable nor refundable. The Goody Trading Inc fm “union city” (no caps) CA 94587 has no quality control nor does our U.S. trade import noted the blank use by day. However, I am particularly disappointed that Amazon AI ( or human) ignore the blank “by date”. This batch must have been in some warehouse or freight platform for years.
