Great Teapot
The glass pot has stainless steel trim that is very classy and sturdy. The stainless steel insert is very fine mesh so if anything comes out into the tea, it's very fine and no issue. I use it for brewing several types of tea including.... fennel, clove, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, or combinations, etc. I've never done anything but rinse the pot itself with warm to hot water and after many uses, it is still brilliant with no cloudiness in the glass. For quick brewing, I pour boiling water from a pan directly through the insert into the teapot and then simmer the tea for 45 minutes directly on my gas stove top on a very low heat to minimize evaporation which is very minimal.

Works like a charm
This is an excellent teapot. It's made of sturdy borosilicate glass that will last a long time but still allow me to monitor the tea while it's brewing. The stainless steel portions nestle neatly into each other, and the finely perforated (as opposed to screen) loose-leaf infuser is of ample size and easy to clean. The predominant reason for my purchase was to brew tea to make sweet tea for kombucha, which the 4-cup capacity is perfect for. I use 24 grams of loose-leaf, which fits nicely in the infuser. The pour spout is ideal to prevent dripping. The whole thing is very easy to clean, but be careful of the tabs on the neck that keep it fitting snugly; I cut my thumb on the edge of one while cleaning it. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this teapot!

My Absolute Favorite Teapot
In the last year, I've broken three teapots due to my clumsiness when cleaning. This teapot was my favorite after brewing hundreds of cups of tea. COSORI Glass Teapot (1st Place) + Wide spout allows to pour tea out quickly. + Non-dripping spout! + Tea basket is identical to the Hiware one. Easier to clean than the glass one with a way to agitate the tea. + No cons I can think of, by far my favorite teapot and the one I would buy again and recommend to others if they do not care for the all-glass aesthetics of the Teabloom teapot. + Roobios which typically gets stick in the mesh filters, cleaned out fairly easily. Occasionally, a piece of two would get stuck, but it was easy to get out. - Like Hiware, you can use the lid without the tea basket, BUT, you will need to have the metal piece that connects the tea bakest on the teapot, or the lid will fall in. Not a deal-breaker. Hiware Glass Teapot (2nd Place) + Overall, this wasn't a bad teapot. I had no real complaints but had I not used the other ones, I would not have known what I missed. + No tea drippage when pouring. + The tea basket is steel mesh (same as COSORI), so there's no chance it will break. - The spout was smaller than the other two teapots, so it poured out tea slower. Overall, it's not a big deal, but having used the larger spouts, it's so much better. - The tea basket handle fell off in the dishwasher and disappeared forever. Teabloom Glass Teapot (3rd Place) + This was the only teapot where the lid could cover the teapot without the basket. + All glass is beautiful, but the tea basket is something extra that can potentially break. + The spout allows you to pour the tea out quickly. - The basket has a few small slits on the bottom, so it takes a bit of time for the water to flow through it. If you pour water too quickly, it'll overflow. - The tea basket doesn't have a handle to remove the basket and agitate the tea after it's been steeped. - My biggest complaint is with the pour spout. Notice how the neck is straight. If you don't pour quickly, you'll end up dripping the tea onto your table. - Tea will get stick in the laser cut slits in the tea basket. I still can't remove some stuck tea no matter how hard I try. - Tea basket is not snug. As you pour your tea, it will rattle around a bit. Overall, I love this teapot and I can't find any flaws with it. Perhaps, a slightly large 1500ml size.

Amazing
Been using for couple months. It’s perfect. Especially for loose tea! Sometimes even coffee. It’s smaller than expected but still makes like 4 huge cups (pictured) ... be careful with nose, it’s not thin, but small glass tube, fragile. The rest of the pot is thick glass. I found the tea stains in bottom of nozzle, so I bought a little brush (pictured) here on Amazon, came with a bigger one. Works great! Used on stove once direct heat, but wouldn’t recommend, I just rather just pour already boiled water in and let sit for long time to concentrate my herb teas

It's very dainty
It's a very pretty piece and it makes tea very well. Also very easy to use. It's not used a lot because it's more a ornamental piece. I live in fear of actually bumping it against something because I think it will shatter. Cleaning inside the spout is difficult but the rest is fairly easy to clean.

Well all I can say , get this teapot because it has such a great pour and looks so nice on the table , holds maybe 2to 3 mugs , l would actually buy a bigger one and it is so nice to have a real cup of tea instead of a tea bag , makes it very special
