La Riche Directions Hair Dye - Spring Green

I really liked how the colored turned out. I bleached my hair first then dyed it and it came out a bright green. I died it about a month ago and it's fading well. It does't fade to an odd color and as long as i use sulfate free shampoo the dye doesn't come off quite so often. This has been better that other brand that I've bought. I would recommend that you should bleach you're hair before hand it help the dye set in better. In the place where the bleach didn't work as well the color was more dull. That was more my error than an issue with the dye though.

The color was awesome. I thought it would be to dark but it is a wonderful bright green. My son loved it.

This is my perfect color of green. I absolutely love it. The color is thick so you don't get it everywhere and for streaking goes pretty far. I have done it twice and still have half a jar. It didn't stain my skin at all either. Left it in for quite a long time and my hair still feels great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is I bought another shade of green with this one and this one faded a little bit faster than the other, which I didn't really understand, but it still stayed very well compared to other greens I have used. And when it faded it didn't turn a weird color, just got lighter.

This hair color is very creamy and spreads great. It works in yellow hair, but doesn't leave your hair very yellow green or chartreuse. Although it's works very nice and the application process is easy, you might want to invest some money into an extra tub.

Love la Riche directions. All my colors turn out magnificent. Spring green came in a timely matter and was beautiful.

I use a lot of green dye, green is my normal color. This is the worst green dye I've ever used. Pleasant smelling of not-much, it soaks right into hair, drying quickly. Rubbing alcohol easily removes dye on skin. Left it on twice the recommended time and it is barely noticable on my hair. Get yourself something else. Manic Panic works, this doesn't I regret this purchase

Even on bleached hair, this color lasted only days. It came off on our clothes throughout the first day. It was a strange consistency, a gel type color in a jar. It was not really easy to apply unless you have a color brush and we did. It stained the back of our necks as well. Really would not consider buying this again.

I ordered the spring green dye and though it arrived leaking out of the package, it only leaked slightly and still had plenty of dye in it. The first two photos (white shirt and the up close under a light photo) were when it was freshly dyed. I added it to freshly bleached hair (I bleached to a light blonde for best results) and left it on for about an hour just to try and get as much colour in as possible. I've washed my hair twice (not including washing the dye out) with a non colour safe shampoo as that's all I have and so far it's still looking great. I've even had gel in my hair for 6 out of the 8 days I've had it dyed and the colour is still vibrant and looking good. The last two photos are today after washing it and putting in gel. I was expecting it to begin fading by now due to the fact it is semi permanent and I've not really done anything to maintain it but I'm pleasently surprised. Since it's semi permanent I do expect it to fade within 2-4 weeks but luckily I've got over half a pot left over from my initial dying and the leakage in transit so I'm happy to top it up when needed! Overall, I'm really happy with it and will definitely be using directions again. The only issue was the fact that it leaked in transit and ended up staining my hands where it was bleeding out of the packaging as the driver handed it to me. I think that a seal on the inside would've been better than just the screw on lid but oh well. Still, I'm pleased with my colour and happy that it was true to the colour advertised as well. Update: it's been dyed for over 3 weeks now with multiple washes and gel applications and the colour is still just as vibrant as the day I dyed it! Going strong!

There isn't a smell so didn't give 5out ot 5. I have long hair and only bought one tub, as I was doing an ombre effect. It took really well for the most part some parts of my blond are yellow and pale green but will just go over them again with a new tub. As you can see the ends are a great colour. First time using the spring green, I have used the reds before and loved them as faded well and being a thick consistency it is easy to apply without splashing everywhere. I would buy 2 pots or 4 pots in a colour unless you are just freshing your hair up or you have very short hair. Please make sure your hair is light it won't work on brown and darker hair colours.

Ich nutze die Farbe,um mein naturgrau/weisses Haar zu tönen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde denken,dass es 3-4 Haarwäsche übersteht. Wer einen satten Farbton erhalten möchte ist vielleicht nicht ganz zufrieden,mir gefällt die leichte Tönung sehr gut und der Topf ist für meine Bedürfnisse ergiebig.

Honestly was scared to try this. When I saw it the colour was much darker in the pot. But once on my head it did lighten up quite good. I did pleach my hair prior and the colour was easy to apply and spread evenly. I got quite a bit on my skin but was easy ro remove and not leave a stain. Would really recommend!
