Easy test for pH. Old school works. Expensive electric pH testers need to be calibrated regularly. Who wants to do that? Tear off a piece, dunk, read, toss. Simple, fast, accurate and cheap.

Bought these to test ph for shampoo and conditioner and other hair/skin products. I did a test strip with tap water and it came out to a ph of 7 which is about right. The shampoo and conditioner however didn’t seem to work or their ph was 6. Although it kind of just looked like the paper didn’t change color. I think maybe the liquid was to thick for the tester.

I used a few times before and after meals and the paper didn’t change to any color. So I bought another brand.

These strips are for a broad approach to PH monitoring. If you need a precise, or even within 1 to 1.5 difference in values, get meter or liquid.

Product works as described. No issues at all. Seller only makes $1 for this item ($12) as postage via Aust Post snail mail was hefty at $11! I feel for the Seller. The item should have commanded a better price.

Bought these to (roughly) test the acidity of our Home(stead)made Apple Cider Vinegar. They changed color immediately when dipped into both vinagers I tested, and the store bought vinegar test strip is in the expected PH range.
