I purchased this collagen supplement for my parents, and they have been taking it consistently for a few weeks now. Literally the best hands down!!! The pills are huge and you need to take 6 a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night) but they REALLY work!! I noticed a difference in my hair texture and my eyebrows starting growing (they neverrr grow) after just 1 dose! This stuff works incredibly good! I swear by this stuff.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I don't want to post any pictures of myself but this is the greatest collagen at an amazing price that you can afford and look your best. It has my skin not only glowing but its building collagen making my skin smoother and firmer and its been only 1 week into the bottle I've noticed changes. I take these vitamins on a empty stomach as soon as i get out of bed 1st thing in the morning. I have been getting so many compliments and attracting men LOL that fast. I also use other collagen serums and collagen eye cream and take a couple of other vitamins 7 days a week which helps speed up the results but i did notice a change in my skin first, then nails and hair. I haven't had collagen supplements for 4 years and i have noticed a change all over my body after being ill. I was so shocked when I saw the results already and read the reviews of other customers. They are not lying about these supplements they give real results. I only take 3 a day because its the recommended dose 3,000 mg. These collagen pills are better than the ones i use to buy at walmart now don't get wrong they are great but these pills gave faster results i never looked so better and i feel so great and to be looking how i want my skin to look. The taste gives a powder milk taste like baby milk. The texture is creamy if left on the tongue and gets a little sticky but no worries. It does help with digestion. Quality is great for the price and its worth buying. You will not be disappointed at all, more like satisfied and grateful for results. I don't know for anyone else but i got what i came for. I will continue to buy.

I started to take this supplement last week, but since I also started taking two new supplements, I could not figure out what was causing my symptoms of pimples breaking out on my face, headaches, or why I suddenly had some unusual body odor. So, I continued to take the Youtheory collagen product and stopped taking the other two products. Yet, I continued to experience those symptoms. Now, not that I did not read the reviews before I purchased this item, because I typically read reviews before purchasing products. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the lesser negative reviews since this product was so highly rated with huge great reviews. Anyways, after my bad experience with this product, I read more of the negative reviews, and sure enough I had some of the same symptoms others had. Although I only got headaches during the first 3 days of taking the product, I stopped taking it after four days since I continued to have the other two symptoms that I mentioned above. Sure enough, when I stopped taking this product all of my above symptoms went away. Even when I restarted to take the other two products that I mentioned above again, I still did not have any of the symptoms like I did when I was taking the Youtheory collagen. The only thing I regret when I stopped taking Youtheory collagen is that my hip pain came back. So, I guess this product is good for something, but it's not worth it for me with the other symptoms it brings. Update: So, I decided to retake these supplements since I still had them on hand, and I didn't want to waste them. Fortunately, I'm not having any of the side effects such as body odor, and pimple break outs, just one pimple now and then. Also, since it's been about a week since I started to retake these supplements, I've had only one headache, and I also feel like it is still helping with my hip and joint pain, as I don't feel much pain when taking these. I don't know what it's done for my hair yet because my hair is braided, but as far as for my skin, it's helping to give me softer radiant skin. So, I guess all those side effects that I had before was just my body getting use to this product. Overall, this is an okay product, and I think I will see better results the longer I take it.

I been using this product for about a month or so and I think it's great, I usually have 3 in the morning and 3 at night. The main noticeable change I seen is my nails growing much faster and stronger, my hair does also seem longer but I mainly noticed the changes on my nails, my skin is great too but I do combine a lot of skin care. It's pretty great I would definitely buy more.

My hair was falling off like crazy for years. I tried many things: rosemary water, Head & Shoulders with Tea Tree, scalp massages, hair oiling, eating healthier.. but nothing worked. I purchased these pills & within 2 days, my hair stopped falling! I’ve been taking one dose every day for the past ~4 weeks & not only do I have baby hairs growing in, but every time I do the hair pull test to see how many hairs are going to fall off, almost each time, nothing falls off. I used to finger comb my hair because even gentle brushing would lead me to lose over 30 hairs each time. Now, I get ~5 hairs in my brush max. I haven’t noticed a change in the thickness of my hair, nor have I seen an improvement on my skin or nails yet, but the hair improvement alone is the reason why I’m going to continue purchasing these pills! I am not a fan of the dissolving powder form of collagen so I decided to try the pill supplement form. I know people tend to get stomach upset when they first start taking new supplements but I did not have that issue with these. I did split the dose for morning and night so its less pills at once (6 is a dose). They are smaller than my other supplements so not too large. The pills dont have a smell, they are smooth and easy to swallow and I havent had an issue with taste. The price is fair so I plan to stick with this brand (this is my second time purchasing).

I wish I would have paid more attention to pill size. They are huge and for me hard to swallow. Also hard to cut in half to try and make them work. Right when I opened bottle and saw the large pills I knew these weren’t for me and they could not be returned. For me they were a waste of money as I had to find another brand that is easy to swallow.
