If you have a chewer, these are great and might save the drink straws from the kid's drink bottles. At least that's my hope.

My son has autism and had been stuck on a pacifier so we have been trying things to get him off of the pacifier. THESE worked! We had tried a bunch of different kinds and these were finally the ones that were able to work. Very glad we got these and definitely will buy more if needed.

Purchased for my teething toddler and they work well. They are on the smaller side so a potential choking hazard. They also come on a string like a necklace. I, personally, did not like that and actually tied a pacifier clip to it and that works really well. Very sturdy rubber, I would not expect pieces to break off at all. So far so good!!

Purchased for a child withsensory issues. I like the size, bright colors and the breakaway necklace. This is the only thing we have found that is durable and keeps her from wanting a pacifier or chewing her hair and easy to keep track of.

Bought these because they were supposed to be durable. My client chewed through one in half a day.

I'm an adult with an oral fixation, so I decided to by a chew toy instead of continuing to damage the neckline of my shirts. I tend to prefer smoother chew toys and I'm often worried that I'm going to break my teeth on these, but they definitely do the job. I'm not a teething baby, so I can't speak much to their actual, intended purpose.

My little guy had them chewed off in 5 minutes. Do not recommend.

If you have a child on the spectrum or with spd BUY BUY BUY definitely worth it! Even if your child is little, I cut the necklace off and put a pacifier clip through the hole so my little ones wouldn’t loose or choke. Great as a regular teether too. Definitely durable and worth the money. Great value.
