For a 5.7 height person, it would be ideal if the seat height can be adjusted , as well as the chest fly machine can be moved a little bit backwards, as to get a wider range of motion for the chest muscles. I negated it by adding 2 pillows to the back while doing chest press and fly. Otherwise a great product for home workout, given that you can train multiple muscle groups. I would recommend this.

Worst part is delivery was not on time..and when you want to cancell than amazon and seller tells u terms and conditions n charges which i needs to bare...
