Really pleased with this coconut flour. It’s tasty, has a lovely light texture, and works brilliantly in both sweet and savoury recipes. I’ve used it for baking and thickening sauces, and it’s been very useful and easy to use in the kitchen.Great quality, organic, and a good size at 500g. Will definitely be buying again.

Groovy Organic Coconut Flour
As described and good value for the price. The flour smells really nice and is easy to work with. I used it with almond flour to make keto bread. The bread came out fine but was not to my likely due to the high egg count. I will look too try other low carb recipes with this flour as low carb recipes are new to me. Tbf without using wheat flour, gluten & yeast everything will taste very different.
