wow wow wow. i did not know a brush could feel so good and make such a positive difference with my hair. the brush is well made, feels quality in a simple but very smart and effective way. the scale is seriously invigorated in the best way while using this brush. it feels SO GOOD to use. however the best part is how it makes my hair look and feel. I have very fine fair and with other brushes my hair is frizzy, dry, easily tangled, and not kept looking at all. I have struggled for years trying different brushes, hair oils, serums, the list goes on. Little did i know that this brush would solve so many of my ugly hair issues without any lotions, potions, or heating elements. The boar bristles truly and gently bring your natural oils from your scalp down into your hair strands. It helped my hair be completely tangle free for long periods of time (like i sleep and go to work and forget to brush my hair because it already feels brushed and is not tangly at all), my hair is shiny and not frizzy from my natural oils being pulled down, so therefore it is not greasy (which usually happens from using products), my hair looks so much better in everyway, feels so much better in everyway, and is manageable... and i dont need to use any heat at all. Just air dry and brush. This brush is worth the price 100%. The only thing i wish is that they made the brush in different colors and with design and patterns so they were colorful and had a bit more personality, but then again, maybe they are really going for a serious look and cant hate on that. i love this brush and will never ever buy a different brush!

I love this brush. I wish this brush was available when I was growing up. I have long and thick Asian hair. I always cried as a child when my parents brushed my hair. It was a tangle and thick. Even through my teen and young adult time. I had a difficult time finding a brush that did tug and pull and put me to tears. The brush has a great quality to it. Love the handle of it. It glides through my hair. Even with the knots. It de-tangles the knots without putting me into tears. I love it! I don’t know a good price range for a good brush. I am used to buying $1-$10 brushes. You get what you paid for. But I believe this is it for a good quality brush at this price point.

Comparison vs Mason Pearson brush, size is similar. Mason brush runs $100+ so of course it looks a bit more fancy. With that said, using both the brush on my hair type and textures- they work exactly the same. I bought this as a cheaper alternative that I can use on the daily. The boar bristles can be filled with hair and dust, quickly. I clean by spraying it with water and Castile soap solution mix in bottle, run under water then dry upside down on towel. This brush can brush out minor knots and tangles, however on days where I have serious knots , I need to reach out for my detangling brush to help remove the knots. I don’t know about others, but I lose a bit of hair with this. Also, use on scalp to stimulate the scalp which increases blood flow therefore can improve hair growth. I do love that this gives me soft hair, can create volume and a bounce. Also, that it can flip my ends outwards or inwards for a different fun look. Good quality brush, I recommend my family to invest in a good boar bristle brush.

I only use four brushes on my hair. They are the only brush that has ever made a true difference in the appearance of my hair. I’ve been using a different brand that’s cheap cheaper, but I wanted to try this brand. I really do like this brush, it feels very high-quality! The paddle is large enough for my long hair and a detangler my thick hair pretty easily. It does tug on knots just a little bit. But it really fluffed up my hair and makes it look nice.

I was skeptical about how well this brush would work on my waist length thick hair, after being disappointed in other boar hair brushes. I am so incredibly happy with this brush! It gets through my hair easily and every strand gets coverage. The bristles on my scalp feel amazing and there was very little hair in the brush when I was done with a good full session. I doubt anyone could regret this purchase! Would make an amazing gift for anyone with long thick hair.

Overall the brush is a great alternative to my Mason Pearson brush. The handle is plastic not wood, but the bristles are similar in texture and brushing feels quite similar in quality. The brush creates great softness in my hair and shine. Shipping was delayed and took extra long. The box came smashed but the product itself was fine, except some minor bending of a few bristles. I wish the handle was not made of plastic. Overall it’s a good product for the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality brush in lieu of spending $100+ on a Mason Pearson.
