Macadamia Milk Unsweetened Vanilla, 32 Fl Oz

if you are one that is not into these fake milks types either but, need a milk alternative that is low carb/keto friendly for baking/etc, this one is the best of them for you IMO!! it is on bland side so doesn’t change the taste result of your food etc at all, least i have not notice it like i did when i tried ones like coconut milk & almond milk. to my surprise this even taste good with the sweet magic spoon cereal, it was like flavored cereal milk, even the texture was like milk (2% version).. i decided to try it in my coffee and like the other alternative milks, this one did not pass my test, in my coffee, i could actually taste this milk‘s flavor in my coffee more than i could when i tasted milk straight. overall excellent alternative milk choice for even most picky ones like me AND only 1 carb per 8oz!! look for a better deal though after you try this 2-pack for i just bought 6 more of them for $25.90.

I was so happy to find this milk on Amazon at a reasonable price. I had bought it on sale at my grocery store and found that I really liked it. I think it's better than almond milk both in taste and consistency. Now that I know I can order it from Amazon I don't have to wait for it to go on sale!

This is my favorite non-dairy milk substitute. I am vegan so I require a substitute. I have never liked soy milk. I am not crazy about cashew milk either. Although I like almond milk and use the unsweetened chocolate version in my coffee or when I need a chocolate milk fix, and I coconut milk is okay too, I don’t want almond or coconut flavors in everything I eat, especially over oatmeal. Milkadamia is made from Macadamia nuts, which to me is the most bland tasting nut there is, and therefore, it makes a better milk substitute. Without a decidedly obvious flavor of a nut base, it tastes more like real milk on cereal and in recipes. I like that these do not have to be refrigerated until they are opened. Because I can keep them stored in my pantry, I can buy them in multiples when I find them.

I saw this on some article and got curious about it as I never seen a milk made of macademia nuts. Being a spontaneous shopper and a fan of cow milk alternatives, I just had to try it out, so I ordered it and tried it. Taste? Not bad. I could taste the macademia as I should. It's just slightly sweet. I was actually contemplating whether to get this original or the unsweetened one as I don't really like things too sweet, but glad I got this. The sweetness is just right. It's not thick or anything so it's good. I don't like almond milk that much because they're usually too thick. Overall the experience was great, and it has that "artisan" feel to it, which is probably how they're positioning themselves, and it's good. Why the four stars instead of five? Well... I don't know. It's one of those... it's great and there's nothing wrong with it, but just not quite five-star quality for me. Maybe I could compare it to when I first had this pistachio-flavored gelato at a highly-rated gelato place. I was curious, so I got it and tasted... and I was in.. heaven! Haha.. Totally blown away! It was just too good! Can't say the same about this alternative milk. I like macademia nuts, and maybe I was expecting to taste the Hawaiian roasted macademia nuts in a milk? Maybe or maybe not. I actually was just curious and now I know.

This is a great milk. It’s smooth and doesn’t have a strong, nutty flavor, which I like. A bit on the pricier side, but I feel that the flavor is worth the splurge.

Love this stuff. I’m totally lactose intolerant and a little bit allergic to dairy; I also don’t do soy, or hemp, or oats, and I find most nut milks to barely taste like more than water, but this stuff is nice and creamy — it’s the closest thing to cow milk that I’ve ever tried. I can pour it over some paleo granola and it’s almost as good as eating a real bowl of cereal.

Its a little compared to milk so don't go into this expecting it to be like milk. It is an excellent alternative to drinking pus laden milk. (Watch "What the Health"-on Netflix) We are not baby cows who need to put on a lot of weight so we should not be surprised that we are overweight if we have dairy in our food choices. It is a choice and you should choose something like this. Ripple is truly wonderful.
